This is one of two Starbucks I go to regularly in my neighborhood. The other one has a container with straws on the pickup counter that people can easily grab from if they want to drink through a straw. This one has the straws hidden so that every single person picking up has to linger around and disrupt the workflow of the busy employees if they want to drink through a straw. This is one of the best Starbucks locations in Chicago. It was recently remodeled. Has a very friendly staff, clean & quiet. Busy enough for people watching but relaxing enough to have a true coffee house experience! It also has a pretty substantial outside area to take in the street life.I give this location 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5⭐️

This place is always packed so highly recommend ordering first online or you'll be standing there for a while. There's quite a few times that other customers took my pre ordered drink so I only go here when I'm really not in a rush. Other than that, all the staff here are friendly and super nice. They remodeled this location not too long ago, the new interior is very modern and quite aesthetic!
