Jaleo by José Andrés offers terrific food with a multi-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Spain. The croquetas and margaritas were highlights. The attentive service and savory creations, such as the liquid olives and stuffed pastries, made for an excellent dining experience. The ham and bread melts in your mouth. Diners would definitely try the squid and scalloped potatoes. The hospitality was great. The place is very spacious and well organized. The service has been very professional. Meatballs which contained a mixture of high quality meats were recommended. The stunning pink hue was prominent from the iberico pork. The rich robust tomato sauce had a nice depth of flavor. The addition of the soft roasted potatoes was loved. This was a really great small plate with a good serving. The environment is well organized. The place is very spacious. A special vegetarian offering was available.
