Jaleo by José Andrés offers terrific food with a multi-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Spain. The croquetas and margaritas were highlights, though the paella was a bit lacking in meat. The attentive service and savory creations, such as the liquid olives and stuffed pastries, made for an excellent dining experience. Despite some minor noise due to the open space, the overall experience was well worth it and left the diners looking forward to a return visit.
