My husband and I visited and although there was a bit of a wait time to be seated, the food made up for it all.

I don't know how this is possible, they literally charged me 24 dollars more than I consumed and I have the evidence: in the account they charged me the dishes I consumed for more value than those shown on the menu. A total scam. And on top of that they asked us for a tip.

The food is just not that good. Therefore, it is overpriced. Underwhelming dishes which are presented in an average way. Only good dish was the patatas bravas and I've had better in other places. The bacon covered dates were a disgrace.

Kid-friendliness: Menu is not kid friendly

Strolled in here by chance and luckily they had table available to accommodate us. Emilio served us and he was really good. All his recommendations were good! I was happy I listed to him 😃. The paellas tasted so nice and the presentation of the the good was appealing.I enjoyed it. I also got some shrimp and chicken croquettes. Spanish music played in the background which I love because I’m learning the language. The ambiance was great! I had a great time!

I was supposed to have dinner somewhere else I was walking and stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try.
Had shrimp & bread for starters, The paella shrimp was really nice, and the server was VERY kind and attentive.

We've been going to Jaleo in Vegas for many years and loving the food and atmosphere. We were excited for a Chicago location, but the food and vibe did not deliver. Unfortunately for the prices, there are a lot of better options in Chicago. Service was great, and the issue could be due to new restaurant challenges.

We had an amazing time and they couldn’t have done anything better. Amazing food, presentation, and professional service throughout our brunch.

Wanted to try out this place and was seated promptly. Restaurant was about 1/4 full so we had hopes of getting quick service. Waited for over 15 minutes and after no one stopped by to get our order we left. Will not visit again for brunch.

The food is delicious. Very good service. There are Spanish-speaking people who can help you if English is not your strong point.

We walked in at 6:35 for a 7pm reservation. Matine at the host stand said they only had a table outside, even though the restaurant was 70% empty. We waited for our table that we booked inside for a half hour. Eventually they sat us at one of the 10-20 open tables that been open the entire time. Complete joke. Chicago folks won’t stand for that and they will slowly lose business over the years until they close. Martine, learn what customer is and start to be grateful for the people walking in to the restaurant. You are the first person they see, and you heavily influence their experience, don’t ruin it within a second. Too many great people working there for the customer experience to be ruined by you.
On a separate note, the food was way too salty for me, but that’s personal preference so no points against them.
