The food is OKAY. Bacon was extremely burnt. The vibe was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to complain about it. Waiter was very weird and rude. For starters he snatched the menus out our hands after completing our orders. He also slammed our plates very aggressively when the food came out. He literally watched us the entire time we ate. The cooks were also not welcoming. one cook came from the back , looked at me and my guest said something insulting in Spanish. The waiter told the cook to “stop” in Spanish. They then kept laughing every time they walked past. Not a welcoming environment at all.

Pork belly hash was phenomenal and drip coffee was the best I’ve ever had from a diner. Great atmosphere to enjoy the company of others

Food was good, great American breakfast, service was good down side Cash only doesn’t make sense in 2025. In adequate temperature no heat was on 24 degree weather.

We were quoted 30 min wait and after 1hr still no table after telling the hostess we would split she continued to seat tables in front of us. We will not be returning.

The Italian Benedict (with extra tomato jam) is my favorite breakfast in Chicago and the best Benedict I have ever had. Great and fast service too.

The food was great, and free pancakes for the kids was a happy surprise! This place is cash only, but they do have an ATM inside, which is helpful if you forget.

This place is cash only, but they do have an ATM inside, which is helpful if you forget. The veggie burrito was pretty stuffed, which was great, though I found out after a few bites that goat cheese isn't really my thing (just a personal preference!). The French toast was really tasty, and the portion sizes were generous. You'll definitely leave with leftovers. The potatoes were my favorite part of the meal, and the outdoor seating was a nice touch. The staff was friendly.
