Unprofessional and poorly staffed. You just don’t waste time of tourists in a highly developed and touristic city like Chicago. The owner must supervise the store and train the staff and hire more people per the number of tourists at certain hours. Not recommending to anyone at all. Stay away if you value your time and money.

I ordered 4 drink we were served 3 they forgot 1 drink wen informed they said the would make it but still they didn't after 30 minutes they said they forgot to make it when I asked for a refund the African american girl there said we cannot give you a refund like it was my fault... very bad service... why does the customer has to suffer for their mistakes and delay... I have the copy of the receipt... they could have easily refunded for the drink they messed up but nah they we beig racist as we were indians...

My overall review is based on the fact of when I tried to get hired at the end the GM she literally based me and then got mad I tried to bring it to her boss and she choose to not hire me anymore so she basically used retaliation on me I never stepped a foot in the 2 locations she oversee’s and yeah I don’t think I will nor wanna work at any of the locations cause she was really ignorant and childish in my opinion

I asked for a peach perfection drink with protein and it came out very foamy. I asked why it came out like that and they said that was normal. I asked for a cup of water they wanted 2.00. They remade my drink but had to go to the back to mix it. I don't recommend this place and I didn't trust drinking anything from them. Big waste of 10.00.

I came here midmorning on a Thursday because I was staying nearby. Service was friendly and prompt. The acai primo smoothie bowl was a generous serving, and the fruit was so fresh and perfectly ripe. It's hard to see when you walk in, but if there's a line, you can use the kiosk to the right, and this frees up the staff to make the orders instead of taking them. I wish there were a Jamba near me!
