We wanted to try this Jamba during out trip to Chicago after visiting the 360 Tilt. This one is located just on the exit of 360. The staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered Acai bowl and some frozen drinks. The interior was well maintained for the tourist spot. They have interior and some outside seating. The Acai bowl and drinks were perfect for the hot day.

It supposed to be good. However, the stuff are rude, barely moving, long delays, in top of that, they always run out of ingredients. I'll pray that the managers would take action to fix this branch.

Jamba is well known across the states. Here's a quick review on the Downtown Chicago location. Let's jump right into it.

This location is walking distance to 909 North, a high-end mall in Downtown Chicago. There are also several hotels around, including, the Westin, Four Seasons, & Ritz-Carlton. It's surrounded by Starbucks and Benihana.

What did I have -
Acaí Primo Bowl - Acai-grape juice blend concentrate base topped with bananas, strawberries, granola, blueberries, honey - $11.79 (small) - It was good, basic bowl, high in sugar. Jamba bowls are not lacking sugar, lol.

Things to know:
1. This Jamba is hidden, take the stairs down to the lower level for all the tourists that plan to visit.

2. Small location with some indoor seating. Bright decor which I like.

3. Customer service is alright #basic.

Very bad customer service, went in to purchase a smoothie and girl attending to me just has an angry expression, takes your order, barely says a word and she does the same with the customers after me. Employees need to be more hospitable and accomodating. I do not recommend this location.

They need to update their delivery app settings to feature the make it light option. There’s no reason smoothies only are available with a ton of sugar.

Horrible customer service (non existant whatsoever). Screen for self service is a piece of trash.

Unclean, unfriendly, smelly... needs attention.

Vegetarian options: No more non-dairy replacements?

Dietary restrictions: Why get rid of the only Non-Dairy frozen substitute without swapping it with something?

Ordered through DoorDash within their given time frame (30 min before closing). They waited until closing to cancel my order. Waste of time. The bad reviews make sense now.

Unprofessional and poorly staffed. You just don’t waste time of tourists in a highly developed and touristic city like Chicago. The owner must supervise the store and train the staff and hire more people per the number of tourists at certain hours. Not recommending to anyone at all. Stay away if you value your time and money.

Super service. Even when totally empty. And not because it takes long to make the drinks…everything moves slowly.
