I have been to Jamba Juice at the John Hancock location on 3 separate occasions over the last two weeks. All three times there was one employee working during peak hours. As a manager I understand how difficult staffing can be at times. But having one associate during busy hours is not only unfair to the associate working, but a disservice to customers. You as a company need to do better

Not what it used to be at all. The Mango a Go Go was watery and had a weird aftertaste. I asked for a cup of tap water on ice as well and was charged 2 dollars for it. I can see why they're disappearing one by one.
The smoothie was very good, just a little slow making it. All orders were slow so expect a wait.

If I could give one star I would. There is a man who works here (about 6ft black male) and he is always kicking people out of the seating area even if they have purchased items from Jamba. I work by this location and used to go here almost everyday. I was sitting outside after I finished my drink and he made me leave even though I was the only one there and there were four more empty tables and I had made a purchase with them. I started going to Starbucks instead after this incident (which is right next door), sitting outside there. He came out when I was there one day to kick three elderly folks out even though I had seen them drinking Jamba and again all of the other tables were empty. Such a ridiculous waste of time and energy, just a way to ruin people’s day. Customer service is a zero and I will not be returning to this location.

Stop here almost everyday! Favorite drink is either the fresh squeezed orange carrot twist, or the PB Banana Protein smoothie!
