I don't know how they select their staff, but each one is worse than the other, it seems like they don't want to work, they always have an excuse for not serving you, they say they don't have the ingredients, they pretend they're going to check in the back, just so you get tired and leave, it hasn't happened once or twice, it has been repeated occasions, whoever the owner or manager is, pay more attention, these women are going to end your business

Jamba is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing Smoothies. Must come back. 10/10.

Should fire the girl working today at 4pm .. trying to make a train . Make my order and instead of making our order of two smoothies .. she starts to take the order of the large group behind us and we had to leave or would have missed train .. so I spent 20& and got nothing . What an absolute joke

The employee named Lee with a septum piercing needs to take a class in customer service. So incredibly rude right off the bat and acted like I was ruining their day by asking for a smoothie. I also work customer service and would never behave like that. I also have literally never had anyone be as negative to me as they did. There was absolutely no one in line so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with work. I also normally wouldn’t leave a review but this was the SECOND time I had a negative experience with them. I’ll stick to other locations from now on which is really too bad as I’m at Ogilvie almost every day.

The young lady helped me Kayla was so knowledgeable. I love when people can help with good recommendations, that I enjoy. As a picky person , I was so surprised when I liked the ginger and greens. But her customer service is what made me go back !

Great Customer Service and the Caribbean Smoothie was quite delicious. The manager even asked if I wanted a free energy or protein boost! It was a little loose for my liking, however I will return to try the other selections!

Visited Jamba Juice at Ogilvie at 4:00 pm today (Tuesday afternoon)and was told I couldn’t place an order because they “were cleaning the machines” yet saw them making drinks. Really? Who cleans the machines during rush hour?

The service wasn’t worth wasting time on. The employee at the register with the septum training the other employee set an awful example. I think they just don’t like working there so they purposely are rude to customers- so they don’t actually have to work.Just pass and go get an açaí bowl downstairs

Rude employees. Ordered two watermelon lemonades, and literally told the employee
one large and one small. I saw she grabbed two big cups before she started I ensured that I ordered one large and ONE small she ignored me and continued like I didn't say anything. So I reminded her that I ordered a small one and she was like no you didn't!!!!! She ignored me and walked away like I wasn't standing there and didn't even give me my changes back.
