Fast and friendly. The menu has some good choices, plus prepped sandwiches and vegan/vegetarian eats in the cooler. Quick and easy stop, the best choice in O'Hare.

Vegetarian options: Tofu, soy noodles, Asian dishes with tofu, Southwest dishes with tofu, masala/Indian dishes with tofu

Dietary restrictions: All ingredients are clearly listed!

Now this is naughty. Look at the picture of the table just outside the entrance. Looks like there’s an electrical outlet which can be used to charge one’s device, doesn’t it? Well there isn’t. It’s a stick-on fake. Would I be cynical if I suggested that they placed that there to get you to walk in and buy food, with the expectation that one can then sit down and charge up while eating, only to be thwarted? At best, it’s a tone-deaf mistake. At worst, it’s a cunning trick of false advertising. And, a side note. Expensive!

The smoothies themselves are great but they need to be blended more. I always get chunks that haven’t been blended. I even ask for extra blending but 90% of the time they don’t blend it any more than normal

Needed to grab a quick bite before boarding a flight, but didn't have time for a sit down and didn't want fast food. Jamba Juice was a good option. It's at the airport, so expect to pay premium prices for the juices and snacks.

Service was efficient in taking the orders and others making the juices. Juice was ready within 5 minutes. Tasted as I expected.

Genuinely the blandest smoothie I’ve ever had.

Supper slow and massive line of people who are not getting food. Subpar food, nobody available to help order and employees are just talking. Avoid at all costs.

"We don't sell acai bowls"

A ton of signs saying otherwise.

Great food and smoothies as always. However, they were missing multiple ingredients when I ordered. My acai bowl had no honey, blueberries, or strawberries which was very disappointing.

I was so happy to find something fresh, healthy and refreshing here at the airport. The service was quick, staff was friendly, and the quality was fantastic! Highly recommend.

wish I could do zero stars, they were so rude and they do NOT make real Jamba drinks. It tastes like powder. After taking three sips of my smoothie (the same thing i always get) my tongue starts tingling and it tastes horrible, I had to throw it away just for 20 min to pass and me and my girlfriend are throwing up in the airport bathroom. Do not go here if you care about your health.

This place brings back memories while in CA. Still great juice options. The service was also very good. However the few seats outside need serious attention. The staff is too busy inside. So outside is not clean at all.

I really like Jamba Juice, but this particular location didn't really impress me. Ordered two Acai Primo bowls. They were really tasty but none of the staff mentioned they were out of blueberries and strawberries. These came with just bananas. I would have at least preferred a heads-up and or gone for double or triple banana for the price of the bowl. They at least mentioned they didn't have any dragon fruit. At DIA's Jamba Juice ran out of one fruit or the other twice: told me about it AND asked if I wanted to substitute with another helping of a different fruit.
