I had an incredible experience at this smoothie restaurant! The place is clean, welcoming, and has a super chill vibe. The staff was friendly and really knew their menu they helped me pick a smoothie based on what I liked, and it did not disappoint.
The smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended no icy chunks, no weird aftertaste, just pure goodness. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. I also loved that they offer add-ons like protein, vitamins, and energy boosts.

The girls have real nasty attitudes the staff members that’s friendly are the males I placed my order on my break and stepped out and seen it was a marathon no way for me to get across so I went to the location once I got off work and just wanted a refund because I wanted the order when I first placed it and they in fact did not refund me but kept wanting to give me the drink

This location is horrible. I order Jamba Juice everyday and it takes up to 2 to 3 hours to get it delivered from Doordash. I have Multiple People cancel because the order takes so long. I love Jamba Juice however if this continues I will stop ordering it. Sometimes the drinks be watery and nasty. I have been here once in person and it took a long time and the drink wasn't made right. I requested three times to be made over and they still gave it to me and I had give it back and requested it be remade and that girl had a nasty attitude.

Stopped by Jamba Juice at Union Station before my train ride, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, answering all my questions about their newer menu items with a smile. I ended up grabbing a refreshing smoothie and a few snacks for the ride, and everything was delicious and fresh. Perfect spot for a quick, healthy option while traveling. Great service and a convenient location—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m passing through!

I normally dnt leave reviews but I came in friday afternoon for a smoothie. The young lady with the short cut and gray shirt rang me up and smelled of marijuana. It was so heavy I can’t believe jambe even allows their employees to come to work in such conditions! Sad.

My overall review is based on the fact of when I tried to get hired at the end the GM she literally based me and then got mad I tried to bring it to her boss and she choose to not hire me anymore so she basically used retaliation on me I never stepped a foot in the 2 locations she oversee’s and yeah I don’t think I will nor wanna work at any of the locations cause she was really ignorant and childish in my opinion
