Never had a bad Jeni’s flavor
10 dollars for two gum ball sized scoops of icecream. What has this world come to
Stopped by for a Birthday freebie!
I’ve never come across a chocolate cake flavored ice cream that was GF before so I had to try it! The staff was very accommodating with my gluten allergy and scooped it for me with a clean scoop and fresh tub from the back. Not a generous portion for $7, but truly delicious and a novel experience for me.
Some of the best ice cream I've ever enjoyed!!! Everyone in the family raved about their treats!!!
Portion went down recently
Not the greatest service, only really has fudge as a topping

i recommend getting ice cream with your friend so they will pay for your cone <3
The smell in here alone will make you wanna smack your mama! They make their waffle cones and bowls in house which is why the aroma is mesmerizing.. if you’re not getting a waffle cone you’re missing half the experience. Really unique, creamy flavors, always so fresh and delicious. I’m all about the variety so I appreciate the half scoops so I can try more flavors. So far the gooey butter cake is still my fave, but all the flavors are amazing. It’s worth the hype.

Walked in last Sunday afternoon, saw about 4 maybe 5 workers huddled together talking. No other customers were in the store,I got the cold stare from each worker. The person who rang me up i’d describe as nonbinary, wore glasses and was white with a cold monotone voice, rang me pretty much shuffled me out the door after ignoring every single thing I asked. as I paid my money another person came in and they got a warm greeting and didn’t get shuffled out the door. I was the only person on color in the store. As I ate this double scoop, walking in the hot rain, What it felt like was “what are YOU doing here?”
I’ll say this as a Chicago native. Get your Team together, it’s evident who’s FROM this neighborhood and who isn’t.
Definitely will go back to my favorite location by the Brownline after this mess..
Very good ice cream fast service, but you have to pay for street parking and the ice cream flavors are limited
It's Jenny's. Oh worth the calories
Bought a pint and then the person walked off and I had to ask another worker if I could get the pint I bought...was weird.
Yummy cones and dishes of ice cream. They don't have sundaes, shakes, or toppings, just ice cream. I love that they're open so late!
