The ice cream was creamy and rich, with a perfect balance of flavors.You can also sample the different flavors before deciding on the ones you want.I chose the Browned Butter Almond Brittle flavor,Gooey butter and the nutty, caramel notes were absolutely divine. The 3 scoops were generous . I loved that the ice cream was made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Jeni's has definitely earned its reputation as a top-notch ice cream shop. Incase you have lived under a rock for the past 10 years and don't know what Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is, it's exactly as the name describes. Maybe you don't even like ice cream (weirdo! ?) or maybe your lactose intolerant, don't worry I'm sure they have an option that will be perfect for you. They have classic flavors and new takes that might make you scratch you head but I bet you will enjoy. They offer non-dairy options which are still delicious and have a waffle bowl that I can't ever pass up. Choose 1 flavor or get a flight of 3 to share or indulge all by yourself because well ... You can and we won't judge you for it because every flavor is splendid! One of the best parts about Jeni's is that every location is the same and and you can expect great service and flavor no matter which location you visit. They offer pints to take home and even sell their flavors in some stores. This place is too perfect to pass up after a delicious meal at any of the surrounding restaurants, so save room for dessert and you won't be dissapointed.

Encountered an extremely rude employee today at the Logan Square location. Asking questions about the quality of your product shouldn't warrant irritation and eye rolls. Much better locations in Chicago. Most of the ice cream looked poorly maintained.

This is for all the Olivia Rodrigo fans- witness the PURPLE waffle cone! I had the brown butter almond brittle and the sweet potato marshmallow brûlée. How could you possibly go wrong!

I am ususally not a huge fan of ice cream but this place was suggested to me. I tried the ice cream here for the first time yesterday and it was great. Four of us got a single kids scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone and it was $26. It is expensive for what you get but it is tasty.
