The scoop I received was so disrespectful. Where is the ice cream?
It was the worst experience!
The worker was rude, disrespectful, and NEEDS training to work with customers. My family, friends, and I will be taking our business elsewhere, where the business values their customers.
On Dec 30th, we were celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday. My daughter loves ice cream, so we decided to go to Jeni's, ending the night with her favorite treat... what a mistake!
We came to the establishment more than 30 minutes before closing. There was a long line, but it was indoors, so it couldn't be that bad. 45
minutes later, I reached the counter to order.
We were being rushed, refused to try some samples, and being told, "you need to get out". Did not have the decency to take into consideration I have my 4 and 5 year olds, which is the only reason I went there in the first place.
I still bought ice cream for my kids, but will never go to this establishment again nor recommend it to anyone!
To management, watch your cameras and train your employee's, if you're okay with your employee's actions that night, it would say a lot about your business!

We saw the young man behind the counter wipe his nose. We asked him to wash his hands and he “stated wiped them on a napkin”. He refused to wash his hands so we left. Extremely unprofessional! Never again.

Been to this location many times, but today's portion is very small where Ice cream is at a lower level than the waffle cone by 1 inch height.

The ice cream and waffles were too sweet for me. I tried the burnt orange and berry scoops!
Jeni's ice cream is sensational. The gooey butter cake flavor was rich, warm, buttery, and so dreamy. The darkest chocolate is a classic, no frills, chocolate delight. The lines are long but it's worth the wait!

It was a pleasure to enjoy an ice cream at Jeni's, in August, on the terrace, under the coolness of the trees.
The location is incredibly peaceful despite being just a few meters from Michigan Avenue.
