Seriously one of the best bakeries for cakes in the city. They have a variety of flavors (biscoff is the best) and the staff is so nice. I really appreciate the variety from tart fruity fillings or rich indulgent chocolate or dolce de leche. This is not spot to miss, worth a trip.

I ordered a custom Rat Cake for my boyfriends birthday last year (It's his fave animal) and I was extremely impressed and loved the quality and accuracy of the cake. Everyone at his party (like 10 people) all thought it was the most fun and well done cake they had ever seen, visually impressive as well as the most delicious cake anyone at the party had ever eaten! Jennivee's is my favorite bakery of all time and since getting this cake I've gone back I think 3 times for 3 other bday cakes. I can't recommend enough, you won't be disappointed :) 5 stars feels like it doesn't do it enough justice. Love this place!

Pretty disappointed with the cake I ordered for my sister’s graduate school graduation. We ordered “Bad N Bougie” which was supposed to contain “chocolate cake, raspberry preserves, champagne infused raspberry mousse, bittersweet ganache, gold painted raspberry garnish.” We just received a chocolate cake with pink frosting - no ganache, no raspberry preserves. It tasted decent, but none of us tasted any other flavors except for chocolate cake, and definitely didn’t taste like an $85 cake. I chose this bakery due to the images on their website with pretty, craft-designed cakes, and I feel like I was catfished with the cake we received. The cake in the photo below with the individual raspberry dollops is what is pictured on their website, and the cake with yellow writing is what we received. I also show the inside of the cake we received that clearly shows it is only chocolate cake with pink frosting layers - no ganache or preserves. I would choose another bakery if you are looking for an upscale celebratory cake!

The cupcakes were excellent! We brought them home and they were still delicious two days later. The icing really shines with robust flavors that aren't overly sweet. The cupcakes were also very moist and full of flavor.

One of my favorite places to go for cupcakes. The quality and flavor are top-notch. With that said, the selection can feel a bit limited, and I'd love to see them occasionally shake up the menu so there is less ingredient crossover - though what they have is quite unique. Overall, though, a wonderful place to grab some dessert!

This was not good.I hate to be mean but I would never get this again. I paid 30 dollars for 4 things which is definitely too much considering that a wedding cake sampler platter is 28 dollars and u get 6 flavors of cake. and didn’t like any of the things I got which is a bit rare. I got the pistachio chocolate cupcake, the purple velvet, the Ferraro rocher cake and a strawberry cupcake. One common thing all of their cakes have is that they are tasteless. The cupcakes were very dense, not soft, and tasteless, and the frosting tasted cheap, not sweet at all and just heavy whipping cream texture. Not good at all. The cakes lacked flavor. The ferrero rocher was too dense and didn’t taste like much which insane since it was supposed to be hazelnutty, rich, etc. The purple velvet wasn’t dense but it had no flavor, barely sweet, and not moist at all, like all of their other desserts.I unfortunately won’t be back.
