Food was excellent!! Authentic tasting and good proportions. Only complaint was that they don’t have a working phone number. They forgot to put my coworker’s side in bag and she had to wait until we got off work to go to location and get her side.

I ordered lamb chops dinner and a jerk dark . It took them a hour for me to get my food . I open the food my chicken was burnt and warm . While the lamb chops wasn't even lamb chops they was the littlest thing I've ever seen NO MEAT ON THE BONE AT ALL . MIND U THEY ALREADY SMALL. SO I TOOK THEM BACK IN ASK FOR A EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE CASHIER ACT LIKE SHE WAS MAD. THEY DID GIVE ME A OXTAIL TRAY THAT GOT 3 SMALL OXTAIL . THE COOK SAID LET HER KEEP THE LAMB CHOP TRAY . THE CASHIER TOOK IT BACK AFTER MY OVER A HOUR WAIT JUST BECAUSE I SAID THEY WAS SMALL. MIND U OVER A HOUR WAIT . I CAME FR JOLIET FOR THIS FOOD. WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS FOR MY WAIT. SMDH . WILL NOT BE RETURNING. CHICKEN OK BUT DNT WASN'T YO MONEY ON ANYTHING ELSE.

I ordered mixed jerk chicken dinner. All they had was white meat. I was not given enough white meat and there were no plantian in my order. I didn't return my order because I had driven 30 minutes there and it just wasn't worth it. I won't be back

This was the best catering experience ever 🙌 I live in the Loop! (Downtown Chicago) and I heard about this place. So, I took a chance and placed a catering order for my daughter’s baby shower.
First, I’d like to start by saying it was an absolute pleasure to speak with a gentleman named Law over the phone. I’ve never placed a large catering order and he took time to explain everything to me and I placed my order. He asked me what time did I want to pick the food up and assured me it would be ready and that I didn’t have to worry about anything. I paid a deposit- he gave me the date of the next payment and I left everything to them.
Upon entering the restaurant today to pick up my order, not only was my order ready, the lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile and made sure I was the one picking up my order. (An added security) Thank you!!
They asked another guy to help me to my car and even he made small talk with me and made me laugh.
Having great customer service and meeting the customers expectations will create longevity for your business.
Overall, the experience lifted some of my anxiety off my heart. I’m planning my daughter’s first baby shower and the last thing I needed was for the food to be ruined or not be ready on time.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to say to all of you, Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I wish nothing but peace and an abundance of financial support especially from the community.

Bland no real seasoning.. just didn’t get the Jerk experience I expected. Everything was just ok. The sauce, the chicken, the plantains, the rice and peas just ok! The cabbage had no salt. No jerk flavors!
