Got a delivery from this location and ordered a specific sandwich and it’s like they looked at the order, laughed, and then proceeded to make whatever sandwich they wanted to. Wouldn’t go back here if you paid me to.

Need to get food in person here. Ordered 2 subs, 2 cookies, and a bag of chips on 11/6/24. Only received the subs. Missing 3/5 items is a bit ridiculous. Reached out to Jersey Mike's online and they just never responded.. over a month later.

Staff are angry and very rude. Staff would make a lettuce wrap because "we don't do that at this location" It's literally turkey and cheese with lettuce wrapped around it. I have Celiacs and I cannot have gluten. According to Jersey Mike's website they take precautions against cross-contamination clearly that is a lie....as they do not accommodate someone with Celiacs.

Closed over 40 minutes early. Wouldn’t be an issue if google said they were closed but then people have to waste their time walking to the place just for the workers to have taken off

Extremely slow service especially during evening rush hour when the line was short...waited for almost 15 minutes to take my order, there were two people and only one person made the sandwiches. Almost 5 people left the line before ordering food.
