Was at union station tonight with my friend going home after a very long day in Chicago. Xavier, Trel, and Devan took care of us and lightened the mood for our evening. Great service and attention to what we wanted!

I went there to get the salami, pepperoni, & ham sandwich(saw A commercial for it from Jersey Mike's Sub) and was told they don't serve those sandwiches. The fact this franchise don't make that sandwich there is ridiculous. I had to go to another Jersey Mike's Sub restaurant on Ohio Street instead to get those sandwiches. I guess cause this sandwich shop is in Union Station they don't see A need to make all the sandwiches the other Jersey Mike's Sub franchisees make. I think that's A poor excuse for A franchise business to make and JMS need to address that to them.

Staff barley pays attention to you. They gave me the wrong bread and the sandwich was missing the mayo and the bacon. Don’t waste your time. It’s a trash location

Sunday I visited this location, whole different crew from my first visit. My first visit was great which is why I returned. While in line, there was a nice little wait. I noticed that no employees were changing there gloves. The two guys were both back and forth doing register and food, no glove change. Also I ordered a chicken Philly, it was not good and my onions were long . Forgot my toppings as well.

I have celiac, and the woman who took my order seemed annoyed that I needed GF bread, an option that Jersey Mike's offers (along woth cleaning off equipment, changing knives, etc). She took my order (#13 Italian) and made a completely different sub (turkey and provolone). I'm wondering if she just didn't feel like cutting more than one meat; she quickly moved to the next customer. When I told her I had ordered the #13 Italian, she complained out loud that she'd need to clean the machine again (which she had done so slowly that a long line formed). It was so stressful (and I was in a hurry at that point) that I just went with the turkey. Avoid this Jersey Mike's if you can help it, especially if GF.

Took 3 times placing an order at the counter for them to attempt to prepare what I ordered (#5 mikes way on rosemary parm). Staff continually rolled their eyes, mumbled, and shuffled about without much purpose. Folks in line in front of me left after their sandwiches were started but just sat there on the counter waiting to be finished. Avoid this location.

Very rushed, sandwhich was a 43, got a 17. Sandwhich was super soggy, didn't end up even eating it. Waste of money. Doesn't do shore points either. 7 people behind the counter and not one of them is respectful or attentive to customers. Employees too busy gossiping to make good food.
