Sitting here to eat for a change allowed me to observe many different interactions between staff and customers. I was super impressed with the communication between staff members, the kindness towards all who came in, and the efficiency of the service. The staff is chatty, asking genuine questions about how folks are doing and engaging with people authentically. It made me smile! Oh and the food is great too :)

it shouldn't have taken me so long to review this JM but after my experience last night i couldn't wait any longer. this is hands down the best jersey mikes around Chicago and beyond from what ive encountered. i placed an order for 3 subs online and then also ordered two in person. not only was everything delicious, fresh and made with care but staff remains conversational while producing a great sub.
i am very appreciative of the whole JM team on Lawrence. I pass other Jersey Mike's to come to this location because i can count on them for a 11/10 experience
