Today I visited this location at 3:47 PM and Geo the server was extremely rude , Very standoffish and confrontational also, my food was old and cold in which they had no visual customers inside. Poor customer service is a absolute NO $12 for bogus food is diabetic

We ordered two subs for delivery through the Jersey Mike’s app, and upon arrival both subs were disgusting. Both had stale bread and the vegetables were old and slimy.
When we called to report this they seemed to want to do everything they could to not refund our money and only ended up refunding one sub.
At first they claimed because it was a DoorDash order they couldn’t refund our money when again I ordered it through the Jersey Mike’s app.
I don’t think we’ll ever visit this location again. We’ll go back to the one on Lawrence and Ashland that was much better.

Walked 15 min dying for a chipotle cheese steak sandwich I approve 30 min before they close and they tell me they already closed their grill. If you’re open until 9 you should serve all your options until close so people don’t waste their time walking to get food.

I came in yesterday to grab lunch and ordered the big kahuna steak which was absolutely perfect. The quality of service provided by Drew was the star of the show!!! He handled my food with care and made it just the way I asked and also gave a warm greeting/smile and thanked me wished me a great day, his customer service was a 10/10. Thank You so much Drew!!!

We ordered 3 giant subs and the subs were dripping. Soaking wet my vegetables, we're covered and drenched. In mayo and oil , there was so much mayo and so much wetness that I literally could not eat the sandwich.It was falling apart from the bottom.It was disgusting. I felt I was eating a mayo and oul sandwich. . when I called the store to report this, the manager told me, quote, unquote, our sandwiches do not travel well. jersey mike's used to be my go to but I will never ever go there again at least not this location. did I mention that we all got sick in the family from eating the little bit that we did?!

Ordered fifty dollars worth of food and the sandwiches were disgustingly inedible drenched in oil and mayonnaise. They had so much oil that we poured them out into shot glasses.It was disgusting.They filled two shot glasses between our sandwiches. So much oil and mayonnaise that we actually got sick. I don't know what you're doing to people's pickup sandwiches.But I will never eat at jerseys again after this experience.

This is one of the Best sandwich shop i have ever been too. The Food is great and fresh and even their cream soda from the fountain drink machine was so good. I say this is top tier better then subway. But yea would go here often. You will be spending less then 20 dollars on a sub with included tip.

I’m not entirely sure what’s going on but this location does not make their sandwich’s properly. I received a soaking wet, mikes way sandwhich , and half of a giant that I ordered on burnt rosemary parm bread.

This location has gone down hill and I’m done. They add whatever they want to the order instead of contacting me when items are out of stock and the best part is they never answer their phone and literally picked it up twice and hung up on me instead of answering. It’s absurd and Jersey mikes will never get my money again!
