I ordered a pizza, they charged me more than what it was supposed to be and I also spent two hours waiting (although my house is 3 minutes from the store) and when I called to inquire they didn't say anything and said they were going to give me my money back, four days have passed and I still haven't received my money back.

I brought my sons here for a quick pizza run and the service was so great! The pizza was delicious as always! The atmosphere was so fun and the restaurant was so clean we decided to eat in rather than take it to go. Coming back for sure! Thank you, Jets!!

Love Jet’s!!! Discovered it last year & glad I did. Thought was your typical chain pizza place. But farthest from. Sauce flavor is great & LOVE the carmelized cheese on the crust. Highly recommend it!

I assume when I order a sausage pizza, that their would be enough sausage for every bite. But when half of my bites do not have sausage, I consider my pizza half cheese half sausage.....no ????? I do like this pizza, just saying

Went in today to pick up a pizza and the guy at the front desk with the glasses and the mustache tosses my pizza at me and didn’t say a word after I told him my name for the pick up would definitely not recommend anyone and would definitely recommend that management to fire him..

Grew up in Michigan and had Jet's everywhere. It's nice to have in Chicago to have a solid Detroit Style Pizza. Tavern in Chicago is great, but sometimes you need more and as we know Chicago Deep Dish is too much most of the time. Detroit style is a nice middle ground that is always great.
Also, do yourself a favor and grab a bottle of Ranch from Jet's. You won't regret it.
