Pizza was cold upon arrival. We also ordered salads but they forgot to include utensils and salad dressing. What a waste of time.

This is the best pizza and what made me leave a review is the awesome service I received from the guy at the counter. I ordered late and arrived late and he was so nice about it. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. Please don’t do what I did and order late but the service here is excellent

Horrible, I asked them to deliver my pizza and mooy Marie was very unprofessional… he couldn’t identify where he was and the manger was very nasty attitude about the instructions.
I seen these burnt, charcoals as soon as I got to my destination & unfortunately had to go back cause I'm not about to eat this!
The cashier at the register was kind, but look at these wings.... all I said was well done. A shame. I had to drive back, WAIT another 20min & didn't even get reimbursed for my time.
I was not offered a refund.
So good! I got the super special large deep dish with garlic crust and boneless mild buffalo wings. I had a long day a traveling and having Jet’s pizza at the end of the day made it all worthwhile!
While I was working in Burr Ridge illinois, I was blessed by the very best pizza that I have ever tasted. I wish Jets would prepare frozen pizzas and shipped them to Appalachia Virginia 24216. I would love for my family and friends to try the best pizza of their lives. It's the little things like a great pizza and a cold beer that makes life worth living. Sincerely David Davidson

Jet's Pizza on W Chicago Ave is my go-to spot when I'm craving some legit Detroit-style deep dish. Last weekend, I grabbed an 8 Corner Pizza® with pepperoni and their famous Turbo Crust®—that buttery, garlicky goodness is unbeatable. Also couldn't resist the Jet's Bread® with a side of ranch; it's the perfect cheesy, garlicky appetizer. Spent around $30, which is solid for the quality and quantity. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready right on time. If you're in the mood for some top-notch deep dish, Jet's won't let you down.
Man, Jet's Pizza on W Chicago Ave is the real deal when you're craving some deep-dish goodness. Dropped about $25 on their 8 Corner Pizza® with pepperoni and a side of Jet's Bread®. That Detroit-style crust is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the turbo crust seasoning? Chef's kiss. The pepperoni had that perfect curl with crispy edges, just how we like it here in Chi-Town. Jet's Bread® was cheesy, garlicky, and downright addictive. If you're in River North and need a solid pizza fix, Jet's won't do you wrong.
I was surprised how bad the pizza is. I got both a medium and large with pepperoni. Both are “ny style”. I’d put there quality at less than that of dominoes yet more expensive. At these prices you’re better off either paying more for something at a local spot ie artisan (like prince st, Robert’s, etc) or just spending less and getting something from dominoes or Pizza Hut.
Amazing 👍🏻 clean fast fresh
We ordered pizza for delivery and it was apparently stolen from the lobby. Don’t believe it. We ordered it a second time and they stated that they called us and when we didn’t answer they took the pizza and brought it back. Again, makes no sense because we paid for the pizza. Why didn’t they leave it with the doorman? We called a third time and now they are stating they will send it in another 40 minutes. I don’t get that is happening. Why does it take 3 deliveries and multiple phone calls to deliver one pizza? Terrible, terrible service. How hard is this?
