First pizza I’ve had in Chicago in a long time and it is mindblowingly good upon first bite. I’m glad that I taste more of the cheese and meat than the crust. I’ll be back for more.

Recently, I submitted my typical order using Jet's text ordering system. Unfortunately, the ordering software subtly changed my order and when I got my pizza I discovered it was wrong. This Jet's staff got me a new pizza out with the corrected order. Thank you for valuing customer service!

Jets note to self … whoever runs the website needs to change the ordering of wings why can’t you get sauce on the side for wings? It’s too messy and sometimes customers like me like to dip the wings. Or have children that think this sauce is too spicy . Then I call and try and let them know ahead of time and I still get sauce on my wings 🤦🏽. Fix the website or let someone do it for you. As a business owner It’s a small problem to be fixed and would go a long way with your customers. P.S. the 5 stars were for the delivery driver the crew back at jets needs to listen better.

I'm not normally a fan of chain restaurants as I would prefer to support local. However, Jet's Pizza is the exception. Their crust is buttery with a good crunch. I love their option for an 8 corner pizza to maximize the crust square footage. You can also customize the crust flavors. I usually get the Turbo Crust. I enjoy their breadsticks too! Cheesy with a marinara dipping sauce. They love their crustomers!

Imagine waiting over 40 mins to receive an overcooked Detroit style pizza. Shame and waste of money I ordered from this location because the last time they made it right this is ridiculous

Awesome pizza for a chain. Not gourmet like the fancy Detroit style pizza straight from Detroit but it certainly fills the itch.
The 2 slice meal deal is an insanely good value. The slices are fluffy and crispy every time I get them. Highly recommended.
