I’ve been a long time customer of this jetts pizza, their Detroit style pizza has never failed us. It’s all ways nice and crispy and the employees are very nice people!

Such great pizza, it's a shame their website is so terrible it doesn't allow you to place a delivery order. Literally 90 percent of addresses in Chicago have an apartment number after the address, but I get an error message without the opportunity to simply add my apartment number to the address. They are literally turning away business.
In 2025, this is simply baffling that a company can remain in business with such poor technology.
I love their pizza, and would order it online if only it were possible. I live 10 blocks away, and on a cold day choose other options for delivery because their website can't add apartment numbers to Chicago addresses. Wow.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. I walked over and even though it was within the hours of operation, the store was still locked. Employees arrived a few minutes later. They were nice. The food was delicious. If I ever get in the mood for a thick crust pizza, as is preferred in Detroit, I know where to go!

Out of all the Jet's locations I've been to, this was the best one!! The workers were really sweet and friendly, they had our food out quickly and it was delicious :) I remember one of the workers was named Maria, thank you so much!! :D <3 Would come again

Food was amazing! Nothing to complain about, the ladies (I think one of them were called Maria) that rang me up were attentive, respectful, and overall sweet. Out of the Jet's pizza places I've been to, this one takes the cake for overall a good experience<3 Would come again!
I really missed having thick crust, doughy, fluffy pizza since becoming allergic to gluten as an adult. LOVE Jet’s GF pizza style—definitely satisfies that craving every time!! Grateful for restaurants like Jet’s that include even a few menu options for us <3

The pizza is always delicious. I recently had an issue with my order due to an Uber eats pick up, Even though it was not the restaurants fault, the restaurant and management went out of their way to accommodate me and even upgrading my order and adding dessert.
