I scheduled an order for delivery to an appointment in the area a few days ahead, and everything was prepared and delivered right on time. The coordination was smooth, and my food arrived in great condition. The only downside was the sandwich—since it was my first time trying the horseradish sauce, I wasn’t expecting quite so much of it. The sandwich ended up a bit overwhelmed, with the bread soggy and the flavor dominated by horseradish. I still made it work, but next time...

I have always used the app to order from this store. I live about 6 blocks away and the order is always ready when I get there even though I leave right after I order. The food is what you would expect from Jimmy John's and the workers are always very friendly. Will return here often.

This location seems like it may have come under new management in the past few years and whoever is running it is running it like the Navy! Amazing quality every time, super fast, nice people working. Noticeably better than other JJs in the city :)
