There is a reason this place has been around for decades! Darn good sandwich which isn't like a normal deli. They use top shelf products and their bread is crazy fresh.

This location needs to be remodeled badly. Sandwich wasn't made properly and staff was mopping floors while I ate. The odor of the water was not something you'd wish upon your patrons.

Placed an order for one sandwich, and did not receive an email confirmation and took 50 min to get it delivered.

I placed a catering order for a corporate training event. Received the confirmation email with all details correct. Got a call from the training center at about 12:30pm (a half hour past delivery time) saying there was no food there. I pulled up the confirmation email and gave the store's contact info to the training center representative. She called them, provided the confirmation number and delivery information. They told her they have no idea what she was talking about as they have no record of such an order. I called them myself with the email right in front of me. I provided a gentleman with the same information (confirmation #, store # and address, delivery time/date, delivery addess) and he put me on hold several minutes. A lady came back on the line without introducing herself and said "yeah so we found the order in the back computer". And that was all. She didn't say anything else. I said, Okay so you did have the order, and she said "Yes we got it". Nothing else... So I said, well all of my attendees just had to go get their own lunches from other places because this catering order didn't arrive, so can you please refund this to me? She said Okay and hung up. This is about the worst customer experience I've had with catering this year. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty good food and fastly made. A good option if you are on a time crunch for your lunch break. Not a place to go to everyday without breaking the bank.
