First time coming to Lotus and it hit the spot. The line moves quickly even when there are 20 people and your food is nice and hot. We took our food to-go and it stayed warm until we got back to the office but I wouldn't recommend going too far as it may cool off and not pack as much of a punch. Grab a Lotus Banh MI and have a delicious experience. Always fresh ingredients. Always welcoming. Even if I pop in on the rainest, coldest or hottest of days there is something,- from Banhart mi, pho, or salad to eat. Experience it for yourself. Oh and please remember to have a Vietnamese coffee.Kid-friendliness: A welcoming warm staff at all locations. Makes your dining experience all the better.

This is one of my favorite loop lunch locations. I get a sandwich and chips every time I go and it's consistently good. I've probably been over 20 times at this point. The people working there are kind and efficient. One thing I love about Lotus is that they always play soft jazz ambient music. It just makes for a very relaxing lunch break.
