Went up to Rustle & Roux on the mezzanine in the Franklin for lunch during a crazy workday. This food hall is awesome when everyone in your group wants something different. I got a carved turkey sandwich with a side of creamy mac and cheese, plus a drink. Line was long around noon, but the workers move super fast so you aren't waiting long. Quality is way better than your average downtown food court.
Use their own app or kiosk inside to avoid a dumb service fee that solely goes to the building. Other than that great place for a corporate lunch
Swing by Rustle & Roux up on the mezzanine in the Franklin Building, spent around $22 on shrimp tacos and a mini salad bar mix, plus a small mac & cheese side. Tacos were solid, fresh and tasty and salad bar was legit, crisp toppings and dressings. Service was chill and spot’s got that hidden “secret‑cafe” vibe, though it can get noisy with TVs blasting. Still worth a lunch pop‑in.
