This place used to be the best. Massive custom omelettes for under $10. Now they’ve removed their cashiers and have these ordering kiosks. So impersonal and expensive. Also 24¢ for a cup of water.

It was good for a while. Been working in the building 10 years, ate there almost 4 days a week. Tjr food was actually something to talk about. I don't think they realize people are back in the offices now. Salad bar is usually picked over by noon and never replenished. Recently they removed their cashiers, a self checkout is how it is done. Pricing goes up but portions are going down and quality is pretty much a shell of what it was. Compound lackluster customer service with dwindling quality. I'll go to Jimmy John's.

Yummiest place for lunch.

While the food is decent and convenient, the Manager is despicable to workers and customers of color. He talks down to them, is demeaning and demoralizing. He is unfriendly with customers of color and due to his involvement I will no longer patronize this establishment. It’s a shame to still see this in 2023!

While convenient since it is in my office building, the service is pretty abysmal. I tried to order breakfast this morning but was roundly ignored for several minutes by workers with their backs to me. I understand they were busy preparing other orders, but a simple "We'll be with you soon" seems appropriate. They looked and saw me standing there. I ended up leaving without ordering because I couldn't wait any longer.Additionally often during peak breakfast and lunch times, there is only one available cashier for check out, resulting in long wait times. The food itself is usually good, but the long waits just make it not worth it because it is too frustrating.

My rye bread had mold on it, i think i ate some of it to. They gave me a refund of half a sandwich bc i ate the other half. That is a big issue! I eat here a lot. Staff are nice though, Please check the dates on your foods.

The food options are still pretty good, but unfortunately the place has not held up that well since the pandemic. A lot of dirty tables and benches in bad shape.

The customer service here is trash, except the lady by the breakfast stand.. if you don’t wanna work there don’t! it’s no reason to give customers a hard time.

Pretty reasonable prices, good omelettes at Ritual and bakery items at the coffee spot in the front, some restaurants rotate in and out and those can be hit or miss. Salad bar is alright. Decent selection for the grab and go items but some items are overpriced (any fruit), soup rotation is a fun thing to look forward to and the oatmeal is also good.Closes pretty early though, I wish it at least stayed open until 3 PM and it seems like they're missing out on a potential dinner crowd for people getting off of work.

My work colleagues call this place the "Secret Cafe" since it is a hidden spot and can be hard to find on your own. The Secret Cafe has different food stations that vary by day or the week. On my visits I have ordered the chicken quesadilla from the Mexican food station and on another day I helped myself to the salad bar. Both lunches were very good. For the quesadilla, they include chopped onions which gives a nice bite and added flavor. The salad bar had plenty of salad toppings available; the lettuce, spring mix and spinach also appeared to be fresh. Overall the meals are pretty reasonable for a lunch downtown. It cost me $10.00 each for both meals. They also have stations that serve a hot breakfast until mid-morning. For seating, there is plenty of space for tables and chairs that can fit up to 10 people.

This place rocks. Friendly staff, good food, solid prices. 5% discount if you work in the building. I recommend the hash brown skillet

I'll stick to the breakfast stand. The sandwich stand was OK. Not many options on the menu so I did build your own and the sandwich cost about 50% more than it should have. I asked for "a little bit" of three different meats. I ended up getting charged for "double meat" which somehow adds like $3 to the sandwich. It was more meat than I would have liked, apparently they only have yellow mustard (even though I swear I saw bottles of deli mustard and Dijon), and they were stingy on the cheese.Breakfast there is a much better deal and constantly delicious.

Mediocre food with slow serviceFood: I mostly go to the deli and get a sandwich; the sandwiches are pretty mediocre, but you have plenty to choose from (sandwich meats only). The burgers from the grill look ok; my coworkers get it, but it doesn't look like it'll blow you away. All of their sandwiches / burgers come with chips, which are a bit overly fried and a little thick for my tasteService: Very slow; we don't usually go right at noon so it isn't super crowded (i.e., I would be the only person in the sandwich line), but even then it takes around 7-10 minutes for a sandwich / burger to be made
