Picked up a sandwich to-go which was super convenient! They didn't have my sandwich ready when I got there, but I did not mind waiting. This Jimmy Johns is located in a great location in the loop, super convenient if you work in the area to grab a quick lunch. One major thing to note though - although this place has tables and seating and drink options... there is no restroom. I don't know how a business that offers food and beverage and indoor dining does not have a bathroom.. even for paying customers?! So strange and they couldn't offer a solution.. I don't know if this is a temporary thing or what but I've never encountered something like that from an establishment you eat at. Definitely wouldn't suggest dining in.

I am always happy with the big John sandwich. Today I requested to add turkey for $1.99. Instead of my sandwich having more meat it was less. They took out most of the roast beef and added one slice of turkey. Fool me once...

NEVER will I frequent this location again. Ordered online and it the sandwich was incorrect, manager beyond rude and inconsiderate to alleviate issue. Your being "too busy" with "only 2 people in the store" and "over 15 deliveries" is NOT an excuse for rudeness, especially when it was explained how I was unable to come back to the location due to work. Be thankful you have business in a pandemic where so many others places don't!!!!!

This location needs to be remodeled badly. Sandwich wasn't made properly and staff was mopping floors while I ate. The odor of the water was not something you'd wish upon your patrons.

I love their Italian sandwich. I come here all the time for lunch but time and time again I order a big pickle it's old, soggy, and no longer good. I usually love jimmy johns pickles but this location has disappointed me. Fourth time in the last month it has happened

I placed a catering order for a corporate training event. Received the confirmation email with all details correct. Got a call from the training center at about 12:30pm (a half hour past delivery time) saying there was no food there. I pulled up the confirmation email and gave the store's contact info to the training center representative. She called them, provided the confirmation number and delivery information. They told her they have no idea what she was talking about as they have no record of such an order. I called them myself with the email right in front of me. I provided a gentleman with the same information (confirmation #, store # and address, delivery time/date, delivery addess) and he put me on hold several minutes. A lady came back on the line without introducing herself and said "yeah so we found the order in the back computer". And that was all. She didn't say anything else. I said, Okay so you did have the order, and she said "Yes we got it". Nothing else... So I said, well all of my attendees just had to go get their own lunches from other places because this catering order didn't arrive, so can you please refund this to me? She said Okay and hung up. This is about the worst customer experience I've had with catering this year. Absolutely ridiculous.
