Excellent service and the person who served us was very kind and patient. If he treats you like that, you will gladly return.

I did a double take and had to confirm online the ridiculous pricing that this location charges. They charge $3 for cheese!! Any other location in the city it's $1. Why a sandwich, chips, and a drink costs $24 is beyond comprehension. I will not be visiting this store again.

Clean and friendly but overpriced.

Pricing gouging just like all the other reviews say. I paid 3$ more than I would at most locations.

Prices are high, service is poor, food preparation instructions were not followed. With all the options in Chicago will not be ordering from them again.

The sandwiches are always good and the people are nice, but no matter if I order directly through them or on a 3rd party delivery app, it takes almost an hour to go 1.5 miles. Truly ridiculous.

Giving it 2 stars for the prices. More expensive than other Jimmy John's. Over $20 for basic sandwich, chips and small drink. You owe it to America to avoid this location. You are making inflation a bigger problem by going here.

Food is decent but for some reason it's $12 for an 8 inch and $23 for a 16 inch. Go to literally any other location and spend half as much for the same thing.

This Jimmy Johns is price gauging their sandwiches or whoever was working there is stealing money. I paid almost $12 for a #5. I went to a different Jimmy Johns yesterday and it was like $8.70.Don't know who's running this spot, but you should look into this. People will look into this. I will provide proof of receipt if necessary.
