30.31 for 2 sandwich and one bag of chip. That is crazy! My sandwich was missing 3 ingredients i requested. Had to go back in to have it fixed. Also I have had a ton of #6 sandwiches over the years and this one was the worst. Very wet for an unknown reason.

I ordered a new Unlimited Italian Toasted sandwich, which according to the description should have 4 types of meat. But in my sandwich there was only ham. I am also not sure about the presence of provolone cheese. But they did not skimp on the onion.

the water from the machine always tastes like sewer, I think something is wrong with it. The sandwiches are also way overpriced than I remember. please at least have a maintenance person check the water machine so no one gets sick

The reason this rating is so low is because I am rating it on value. There is no way that a sub and a regular soda from this chain is worth over $16. This place was never “cheap,” but it was a decent product. But, the price increases are now unjustifiable.
I am floored at how much more expensive this location is compared to other Jimmy John’s locations. Two sandwiches and two cookies were $12 more than the same thing in Lakeview. Andersonville, it makes me want to avoid your neighborhood entirely. I will only shop at family owned businesses moving forward. Not cool. Pretty sad.
