I couldn't tell you how many times we've called Jimmy John's at 6153 North Broadway, in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood, and no one answered the phone. Our last FOUR deliveries we requested with JJs, NEVER SHOWED!! And of course they didn't answer the phone when we attempted to inquire on our order. Two other deliveries we requested.. One took well over an hour to receive, and the other one, two hours!! Is this location "freaky fast"?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! ... By the way, did I mention we live right around the corner.. 528 feet away!! Needless to say, we gave up on their delivery service!! Our last experience.. I called, (SHOCKINGLY, someone answered the phone), at 7p to verify they were open til 9p. I told them I would call back in a couple minutes with a pickup order. I called back within five minutes, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE THE REST OF THE NIGHT. We went some place else for dinner. The management/employees could care less if you complain, and you're lucky if you get a "sorry about that" from management!! When we lived in Michigan, we NEVER had a complaint with food or delivery. Jimmy John's was our go too, several times a week in Michigan. ON A VERY HAPPY NOTE... I heard yesterday this location is permanently closing, and will be replaced by Jersey Mike's. HOPEFULLY, an all new crew??!! While we've never had Jersey Mike's, we are looking forward to good quality customer service with the new brand!!

Ordered one sandwich and a pickle for delivery. $32. Took an hour tho we’re one block away. Called to check on it, they said “It left already” and hung up on me.

I don't know what it is about this location, but they just never get the orders right. I swear, no matter what you order there will be at least one thing wrong with it every single time. FFS, I used to work at Jimmy Johns, it is not hard to just read the ticket and make things correctly!

Been there twice and both times I got the wrong thing. Like really wrong sandwich. I don’t even know what is on what I got this time. If you like something specific, this isn’t the place. Also, why are there no prices anywhere so it’s a surprise what you pay every time??

Walked in the store to try the brand new Thai-Chicken wrap! Not only was the wrap excellent, the customer service was even better. When asked "Do you want a bag for your wrap?" I replied with "No". Consequently, my bag I was going to use for my wrap ripped and all my things fell on the floor. The employees gave me a Jimmy John's box to hold all of my things! Incredibly kind gesture, good food and great service. Side Note: my cat loved the box

The worst jimmy location of all time. Don’t order within 90 min before close or there’s a 99% chance they’ll close early and you won’t get your food.Awful customer service to boot. Nightmare. There are too many jimmy John’s locations in the city to waste your time and money at this one.

I normally have a great experience here. There are lots of great associates. However, there is an older blonde lady with braided hair, roughly 5'4", who is extremely rude. It really makes me not want to come back.She did not wear a hat or hair protection. She did not wear a mask while all her co-workers did. She was rude to me as soon as I walked in, then was rude to her co-worker as well. She gave an unprofessional attitude and made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I came to your store on 1/29/2022 at around 4:00 pm. The lady associate saw me and waved her hands it appeared she was leaving.I ordered a tuna sub the price she pointed at register was $21. She has terrible customer service. When I come back I will look to see if she is there and if so I will go else where. Thank you

I'm not sure if they know how to make a sandwich please see pictures below as to how I received my sandwich. I might as well should have just gotten bread and cheese.

20 bucks for a 8inch sandwich, 2 cookies, and a bag of chips. Sandwich tastes like lettuce, I am extremely disappointed and they are way overpriced. This is why they dont show the prices on the online menus. I was going to get a chili dog and cheese fries for 8 bucks at the restaurant on the corner when I stopped at jj instead. Big mistake.

My go to Jimmy Johns. Mostly consistent and only recently did my order get made incorrectly. I don't know what it is about this Jimmy Johns but it seems so much tastier than others. I can't bring myself to get anything other than the #9.
