Not so freaky fast today. Only two people working. One was working in the back so I understand that but the other only was serving himself a drink and taking a long time at the pop machine. Then processed to walk out of the building. He could have done one of two things, acknowledge me and say sorry miss I’ll be with you as fast as I can or said something to his coworker to serve me. Ugh, how annoying. I was really hungry too and wanted to get a sandwich fast.

Placed an order for delivery to be sent to my wife so she'd have time to eat between jobs. I chose the "ASAP" option. Took an hour to be delivered and my wife ended up having to leave for her next job before it got to her. Their location is less than a mile from her work, so I'm not sure why it took so long. Waste of time and money
Order was confirmed and never showed up. As an industry worker, y'all should be ashamed of your customer service, specifically this location

This location is $6 more expensive for a basic sandwich / drink / chips than a prime downtown location, I find that so distasteful. The description says “no frills counter service” so why am I paying $40 for a dinner for two? This location should be shuttered, it’s giving the entire brand a bad name.
it’s a jimmy john’s. pretty classic

Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked. There was someone inside and said sorry. If location doesn’t close at the time displayed online then the hours should be modified. Terrible
Would get food from here more, but the store screws drivers out of a tip with that $5 delivery fee. It doesn’t go to the drivers and makes a single person’s lunch $25-30 without a tip
PSA: Jimmy John’s prices differently depending on the location, and this location is PRICEY! Original subs are $10.79 vs $7.99 at other locations and Wraps are $12.89 vs $10.29. I was wondering why JJ’s had gotten so expensive but it turns out it’s just this store.Otherwise, employees were nice and my sandwiches are always made correctly, so only complaints are the crazy price difference. It would be one thing if it was an extra dollar, but this is almost a 50% markup on a sandwich!
This brown haired individual working on Monday afternoon makes the best sandwich. Not skimpy on any ingredients. Thank you for your service. What an appropriate amount of peppers.

It’s closed before 10 pm
The food is always fine but they close early. Came by around 9:20 on Friday and it was locked up already
Take out fast food has become a luxury meal. Can’t believe the 16” Gargantuan is $33. Just for comparison, the same sandwich cost $24 in the suburbs (Bloomingdale) and less than $11 in a downstate town (Champaign-Urbana). For $33, there’s plenty of affordable alternatives.

The owner of this Jimmy John’s apparently charges 20% more than all other locations in the city. Might as well use that for gas and go to another location
They have messed up our order the few times we have ordered and when you try to call them they either don't pick up or do and then hang up. Terrible
