I have celiac disease and have been wronged by many a Jimmy John’s lettuce wrap at another locations that don’t take gluten free orders seriously. This location is always so careful with my order—changing gloves, putting down paper, moving to another spot to make my order—I appreciate it!

This place is great. I ordered a sandwich today and it was delivered to the wrong address. I called and got a new one at no charge. Everyone was friendly and so accommodating. I heart this place.

Freaky Fast! Nice location in a convenient spot. They make good subs and a consistent. Always enjoy a Jimmy John’s sub. Good choice if need a quick bite to eat.
Freaky fast no more. This location only has one delivery person. Routinely takes greater than 40-50 minutes from online delivery through the Jimmy John’s app to delivery. You are better off ordering from any other place for delivery of sandwiches or doing carry out.

The worst customer service and reception. The guy refused to take my order and claimed they ran out of bread but it was on the counter! and they acted rude and super unprofessional when we asked if they have any other options. worst experience ever.

I went here today intending to order a #12 Beach Club. This Jimmy John's has a supply shortage of turkey. that in itself is no big deal, I'm fine substituting another meat for my sandwich. the problem is, when I asked to sub something else, they would only do it for a $1.50 surcharge to me "for extra meat" because of their issue! that's ridiculous. I did not want double meat on the sandwich, just the regular amount of a substituted meat.I worked around it and just ordered a Veggie with extra meat, which is only $0.20 more than the #12 I was going to order and includes the same ingredients plus extra cheese.They should be ashamed of themselves asking customers for extra money because they don't have all of their ingredients.I do want to say I gave 2 stars because the helpless employee working the cash register was very nice and apologetic while his manager was being a j****
