There have been time where I had good experiences with staff there, usually when there’s a manager figure present, but the last few times I went there the employees were pretty rude and unwelcoming. I will typically not return to an establishment that treats me poorly, especially for $22 sandwiches!

JJ's say that they do toasted sandwiches. I guess they will if they feel like it. They said the toaster wasn't big enough and they did not want to clean it. The staff was rude, and I will never go to this location again.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Store was filthy. Ordered drinks but had to get my own cups from behind the counter, then there were no lids. Sandwiches were thrown into our hands, not even offered a bag. No thank you or nothing. As a first time visitor to Chicago I was disappointed. If I had to come back to Chicago based on this experience I defenetly would not return. Please do better in the future!

Wow! No washrooms! I thought it was no washrooms if you’re not dining. How do the associates wash their hands? I was going to dine in but can’t with my unwashed hands. Hand sanitizer would be a good idea for your guests.

Extremely rude staff. They don’t allow customers access to the restroom so they can wash their hands.They play loud trap music, non-censored. This place is not family friendly at all! Avoid at all costs
