Jinsei Motto is a hidden gem known for its creative and delicious offerings, particularly the grilled items. The restaurant features a lively bar atmosphere and a separate sushi bar, providing 6 seats at the chef's counter for omakase. The impressive dry age program sets it apart, and the staff ensures a wonderful experience with attentive and friendly service. They accommodate vegans and allergies with custom rolls, making it perfect for any occasion.
The fish is aged and super unique, with standout dishes like the hotate with uni. The chef is passionate and explains each sushi piece carefully, and the presentation is beautiful. The Japanese Whiskey selection is great, and the tableside omakase is tasty. Customers have noted the omakase tableside experience as excellent, although the music can be a bit loud. Sake flight is highly recommended.
There are interesting desserts, such as the TAMAGO CAKE, with its soufflé texture and eggy aftertaste, and the YUZU CHEESECAKE with a black sesame base. The HANDROLL is generous and designed to keep ingredients from falling out. The NIGIRI is pre-brushed for a subtle soy sauce taste, and additional soy sauce is available upon request. The bartenders are fantastic and can create off-menu drinks, providing a unique experience.
