The fish is aged and super unique, with standout dishes like the hotate with uni. The chef is passionate, explaining each sushi piece by piece, and the presentation is spot on. The Japanese Whiskey selection is great, and the tableside omakase is tasty. While most dishes shine, some additions like white truffle on chutoro may not pair well. A must-visit for fresh, expertly prepared food in an intimate setting.
