I asked for a double cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce and they told me I was ordering it wrong. All the females stopped working, and came to the front an embarrass me in front of everyone teaching me how to order there. When I have been going for a year. I'm supposed to want a double cheeseburger PLAIN with mayo, cheese and lettuce, like that makes any sense. She literally would not proceed to press buttons on the POS system or ring me out until I said it the way she wanted me to. Different worker different way they want you to order. I guess based off their intelligence. You have to ask for lettuce or else you won't get it. Anything you ask for you won't get it even when you asked. The food is flavorless and awful and so is the service. Every time I go in there the energy is cold and off, I just see a lot of workers who hate their job with a lot of jealousy and envy. People who hate their jobs make the food like they do. The main guy that cooks always wants the joke to be on you. He has fun being hard headed, messing up people's food and making it the way he thinks you should like it. That never works. He thinks you should try it like this or cold. He doesn't get enough credit or something and he takes it out on people that he likes or doesn't like. Get ready for them to swamp your burger with too many pickles. My order is always made wrong until I come to the Cook and ask for it to be made again which is another trip. He makes your food wrong when he wants you to get to know him. No matter how much he's applauded he still feels invisible. You could lose a whole marriage or lots of friends and family going here because everybody's going to be disappointed or think there's something going on between you and the cook. I moved, I will never go in or support them ever again not even on Uber eats because that negative energy is real. I think they want to piss people off because they are. It's like they're jealous you get to sit on your butt and eat while they're slaving with that high employee turnover. No compassion, no emotion when you ask them to give you your food correctly, but very kind when you're ordering over the phone. After you make that payment they start getting rude. Get ready for wasted multiple trips, no mayo or sauce unless you're there in person, get ready to check your bag before you leave and then being very upset about it, to get in an argument and waste your money. Parking lot be empty for a reason y'all... And this is the one on 115th I'm talking about.

Hit or miss, customer service could be better with some of the staff, especially when they are taking phone orders, make me want to just say forget it and take my business else where but overall its decent

Was not sure what to expect, we were trying different foods in the area and decided to come here. Fries were pretty darn good and the beef sandwich was huge, the biggest sandwich that I've ever seen. It had some spice to the it, a little to spicy for me.

Here I go again. On Saturday, I ordered a father-in- law and 2 chili tamales in cups. However, I was only charged for one and had to get another one ordered. Ok, a bit inconvenient for me! Bring them home and I got the father-in-law and 2 cups of chili -no tamales!!!! Now a big inconvenience as these e were to be work lunches for my sons ! Also the last time there was a snafu on my ordered.I was sent ‘s gift card. However, when I used it I was charged extra because it is a card not cash. I’m not a happy customer!

The mid 20s hispanic kid at the counter just tried to rob my younger brother in law, in what world does 3 cheese burgers, 3 large fries and a pizza puff cost 65$???? I checked the menu and did the math** and i guess robbing your customers is how you get in profit. My math came out to roughly 35 after taxes according to the menu.
