Food and shakes were good.Mixed drinks were horrible, was a big disappointment as still early in the night.Had them remade once and were worse tasting then. would go for food just no mixed drinks.

We had reservations for my son’s birthday. When booking through open table I mentioned his birthday, but not even a mention of it at the restaurant.
My wife asked for extra thousands island dressing on the side for her Reuben sandwich. She never received any on the side but we were billed for it, an extra $3.00. When I asked the waiter about it he said they put extra on her sandwich. He agreed to remove it but after waiting a long time for the bill, it was still on the bill. The food overall was not as good as I expected. We also ordered a white milk and were told that they were out of milk, which I find strange for a milk shake restaurant. Would not recommend.

Our server was exceptional but the drinks and food are wildly overpriced, the hot chocolate flight is almost $25 and the cups are shot glasses….not full cups of cocoa…

The atmosphere of Jojo’s was so cute (Christmas time)! Our server was very friendly and hardworking (he said it was his first official day working so props to him for handling the busy night). I loved getting to experience all the Christmas decorations and the whole vibe. The shakes are definitely worth the money ($14) since they come with a lot of toppings. I got the double chocolate hot chocolate and it the toppings were all good, but I do think they make their hot chocolate with water. The s’mores cookie was good but I think cookie crumbls’ s’more cookie is better so if you can pass on the cookie, I would— either way you get a macadamia cookie with any of the topped shakes. The loaded fries were very good and thoroughly enjoyable especially because the fries had a crunch to them, they weren’t soggy at all. The buffalo chicken wrap was good, nothing special though. If you want to visit a place with good vibes (aesthetically), friendly staff, and good shakes, then give it a try!

First off I’d to say wow I have never been to such an atrocious restaurant before until yesterday. This place was absolutely all over the place and nasty from the dining area to the bathrooms. Tik tok completely restaurant fished me and I had high expectations because of it. The shakes were cute i will give yall that but the food was expensive and pretty mid, the shakes were cute but not that good just call it a bar atp… Customer service was not that great nobody seemed to know what was going on and they kept bringing us other ppl’s orders. As far as the cleanliness the shake bar area and bathroom was tore up from the floor up I was in disbelief. Please do better yall!!

I’m so disappointed in Jo Jo’s. It’s freezing in here and when I asked to please turn on the heater by our table they said they are out of propane. This place is now 59 degrees. And they didn’t care at all. There are health laws that mandate standards in restaurants and they should be abided by.
Stopped by the Christmas themed spot with friends on a whim and had the best time. Fun food and tasty. We had one issue of the cheese fries being cold, but they rectified that issue quickly. Music was great, giving a nostalgic feeling. Now the food: Cookie and Boozy Popsicle was bomb, Honey Chicken Sandwich great, onion ring tower was amazing, JoJo fries were cheesy, and the margarita tower was 🔥. Shout out to our waitress Isabella she was down to earth, had great recommendations, and was efficient. Thank you, Isabella! Decor was so festive. If you are near you should stop and enjoy!
