First, they tried to seat our party of six at a small booth for 4 people. We asked to be seated at a larger booth and we were told we would have to leave in 90 minutes. Service was slow. Our order was not correct. The bill was $220 for glorified McDonalds burgers. This was a 1 and done experience.

We've been coming annually and this year was a vast improvement over last year. The only challenge was waiting for 25 minutes even though we had a 1pm reservation. But ambiance, holiday vibes, fun shakes and good food all outweighed the wait!

Booked reservations here before a show at The Chicago Theater and the hostess was very standoffish when we came in, asking if we “actually have reservations here or next door,” which I didn't understand. Rolling her eyes at one point. She seemed put off - it was confusing bc the whole outdoor area was parents with kids. Won't be returning.

Me and my husband have been going to Jojo's shake bar for a very long time and we have never had a complaint. I don't care how drunk I am I still gotta have a milkshake, that's the point of going!!!

Such a fun spot - brought our toddlers and they had so much fun. Our server was so attentive, kind and helpful. The pumpkin painting , meal + milk shake deal was awesome!

We visited JoJo's ShakeBAR Pumpkin Patch as a family of four and had a great time. The fall decor was fun and festive without feeling too overdone. We loved the pumpkin milkshake and food. The staff was friendly and tremendously helpful. A fun way to spend a fall afternoon or evening in the city. I would definitely recommend for families or friends looking for something seasonal.
Brought my son here for his 7th bday..first time here..and my kids loved it..very cool place to go..not to mention the shakes where bussin..didn't try their food because we literally came just for the shakes for son bday..but me and the fam will be back out there soon and I'ma be trying their food next. Oh and shout out to the young lady that went above and beyond for son to have a candle for his bday shake..the candle wouldn't stay lit because of the wind..but the young lady did here best to give my son a great experience and me and my and kids really did appreciate that a lot thanks for being the best shake shop in Chicago
