Food is trash. Scale of 1-10 I would rate it -8. My son didn't touch his tenders after the 1st bite, the mac n cheese was cold and the chicken sandwich was soggy. My daughter's wings were half cooked and slimy inside. We are a family of 4 and they charged us an 18% gratuity fee. I had to feed my family all over again after spending $188.00 at Jojo's.

This place was awesome. Best part of my trip for sure! The people were amazingly helpful and friendly, most of the places that we stopped had employees that were not so friendly, but these guys were the best and they made me the best shake I've ever had and it was so cute that I almost didn't even want to drink it. I definitely suggest stopping here!!

The food is not good at all and extremely overpriced. My friend got a 6 piece and it was $16. The costumer server is really good but it's honestly not worth it. If your not going to get fun drinks don't waste your money.

The shakes here look really cool and are definitely fun to see, but the food itself was pretty average.
Our server wasn’t outright rude, but the service was lacking. When my mom asked for no pickles, he responded with a slightly sarcastic “yeah, we’ll get right on that.” Later, when our waters were empty, I asked for a refill. He came back to the table twice after that without bringing water, and the next time he stopped by it was to ask if we were ready for the bill.
When I said yes and asked if we could get waters to go, he came back with the check and empty cups even though we had no water left at the table… He also let us know that an 18% tip was already included. That’s fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. It honestly felt like because the tip was guaranteed, he didn’t check on us much. I’d understand if the place was busy, but it wasn’t.
I almost paid in cash out of frustration so I could tip what he deserved, but I let it go. When I mentioned again that we still hadn’t gotten water after asking earlier, he apologized and finally filled the cups and brought them to the table.
Overall, the shakes are cool, but the service could definitely be improved.

I would AVOID this establishment since there are plenty of other options in Orlando and the food was basic.

My friend and I had Daniel as our server and he was incredible! We ordered the birthday cake and the vegan oreo shakes with a side of the waffle fries. We were so shocked by how good they were. We couldn’t finish them but we wish we could. We will be back!
Also I was happy that the 18% service fee was included my bill. I am glad that Jojos keeps servers earning the wage they deserve!
