I ordered delivery from here, got to the bottom of my salad only to see a huge bug. I am disgusted. I only go to the location on Adams now because not only is the service stellar, I never have to worry about bugs in my food.

As I primarily eat salad there are only a few places to go to in Chicago. A few chains have there places scattered all over the city. Just salad is one of the chains. This place is a bit disappointing as they do not have much that are heated. However, the salad is fresh, and the service is ok.

I’m a big fan of Just Salad in person—they usually get it right when I can see what’s going on. But every time I’ve ordered through DoorDash or any delivery service, it’s been a mess. I always order the Chicken Fajita Market Plate, and somehow, it’s always wrong.
Today was the final straw. I received two Chicken Fajita Market Plates—one came with quinoa (which I never asked for), and the other came with white rice that was so dry, hard, and stained I honestly can’t believe they served it. The chicken was off, the sauce was missing completely, and in the past, I’ve even found eggshells in my food. It’s just unacceptable.
Do not order delivery from this place. If you like Just Salad, go in person where you can watch them make your order. Delivery has consistently been a huge disappointment.
