The salads are usually GREAT!
Three times now, however, one of the ingredients is not being THOROUGHLY washed. I bite down on what feels like sand grinding between my teeth -- not good. It feels like dirty lettuce. PLEASE wash the ingredients thoroughly!

Just salad in merchandise mart is always very good food and works very quickly during the lunch rush hour. Guadalupe is always very welcoming and knows my order despite the fact that I don’t go every day

Really bad customer service 15min wait for someone to pick up phone. Ask to cancel late delivery order and left me on hold for another 15 min.
