Having been coming here since they opened, they have gone seriously down hill recently. Things I’ve gotten have been missing ingredients and generally sloppy.

I typically do online orders and previously items were ready with a few minutes of the stated time. Now they are always 20-30+ minutes after the stated time and frequently items from my order are missing which is the biggest issue. This has even happened during off peak times. One of the reasons I come here for the quick order ahead convenience. You’d be better off waiting in line at this point.

I would not recommend this place like I used too. They are losing a long time loyal customer.

Honestly, the new manager (the woman) for this location is horrible. There's no organization, there's a new rule every time I visit, and she's rude. The staff is literally instructed to do something different every day. The previous manager was more personable, liked, and more inviting.

Salad was not even mixed well, avocado was added directly without cutting , so basically I had to cut and mix in my salad. Way too much dressing,even though I said medium , so salad tasted of only ranch! Buffalo cauliflower tasted really sad. No flavor. Also Too overpriced , not worth it. Might try a warm wrap/bowl if I’m out of options elsewhere.

Same feedback as others - prices are a bit high for what you get and the service is SO BAD. Super slow, understaffed, disorganized and if you mobile order it's chaos - they have a very small area and do not call out names when new orders are finished, they simply place them on the shelf and everyone in the massive line needs to check. Food is tasty, I will give it that but much prefer the efficiency of Sweetgreen.
