Will G. was great! Friendly, welcoming, and informative. We ordered the California Benedict and 3 egg dish for our table. Spicy and delicious. I recommend the California Benedict with bacon, although the original option is equally delicious. My wife loved her plate with eggs Sunny side up. Coffee and cappuccino is tasty. Our friend wanted something sweet so we ordered the Kanela Roll. Sooooo delicious with its cream cheese frosting, cinnamon flavor.
If you’re in the downtown Chicago area, make the stop for breakfast here. Your tastebuds will thank you.

I would give no stars if possible. Walked in on saturday morning. First red flag. Only 4 tables were occupied. 4. On a Saturday morning! Decided to give it a shot anyway. Why not?! I ordered a simple French toast. No filling. No stuffing. Figured why tempt fate. My husband ordered an omelet side order of sausage and toast.
The French toast was just slices of thick bread thrown on the griddle for a few minutes to toast. No taste or sight of it being dipped into anyhting let alone a custard mixture. Dry.
Husband's omlette was flat and rubbery with the ingredients rolled in. The side order of sausage was chopped into the filling. ( not his request) and I small piece of bread cut in half.
This is a breakfast place that doesn't know the basics about food preparation or restaurant service. The wait staff matched the food.
So sad 😞
Definitely a restaurant i would never go back to. First, the French Toast was not dipped. It looked more like grilled bread than French Toast. Second, if you're not baking your omelets, you don't deserve to be in the breakfast business. Eggs were rubbery as they usually are when you cook them on a flat top. The ingredients were in the omelet, but not incorporated..... and the feta in the omelet? Feta should be crumbled not grated and dry. I asked for a side of sausage links and got chopped sausage in my omelet. Finally, one piece of toast? Really? For a $25 omelet order you offer 1 piece of bread? You either don't care about your business or you don't know your business. Either way, you won't be around long.

It would not be my first choice of breakfast, their drip coffee is ok, my mom ordered tea, it was bag tea, not lose leaf tea. We made a mistake by ordering sunny side up and pork sausages, it was good, but I can cook it myself. In general this place seems a little expensive. The salad on the side was literally just green leaves with dressing: no tomatoes, cucumbers, no bacon or egg.

This one star is for the service of the hostess and the disrespect. Said it would take 10-15 mins to clean a table, I waited 20 and watched her continue to sit ppl that came in after me. She was unresponsive and could care less. I walked out.

Loveddddd this breakfast spot during my weekend trip to wicker park. The food is so good, the presentation is as nice as the service, the atmosphere is great , and it was a positive experience overall. We were seated quickly, our server was kind and attentive, and I think the menu prices were reasonable as well. I ate here twice during my stay so I experienced it on a chill morning and also during a rush and it’s important to note that the service was the same both times. I’m super picky when it comes to eating out for breakfast so this review means a lot lol!
