Food was very good. It comes out as it is completed. Cocktails were good as well.

When we arrived we had to wait for someone to pay attention to us, then we waited for the waiter for a long time, it seemed like no one was interested. And the prices are too high. I do not recommend

Overall, the food was okay and nothing to write home about. I had the poached Hainanese chicken with chili and ginger sauces which was okay, and the rice was alright.

Very good food, plenty of it but the restaurant was very cold (while it was cold outside).

I was looking forward to eating the same taste of food i had in Malaysia but it wasn't the same nasi lemak. Their fried rice was good, the shrimp with okra was delicious. overall, it was good but what I had in Malaysia was so much better.

This is a spacious restaurant with great food. The Southeast asian dishes is very tasty and I especially recommend the dry-roasted lamb, which has a very peculiar, charming flavor. On the other hand, the Chinese food is ordinary. There is a mandatory 20% tip for dinner, and the service is so-so.

We were a bit disappointed with the char koay teow. It was missing the smoked flavor from a proper wok. The Nasi lamak had way to many cloves in the rice, the kachang and ikan bilies had sugar on them and the sambal wasn't spicy. The beef rendang was good. And the tea tasted like it was from a packet. With so many other options we won't be in a hurry to get back there.

This is the best char koey teow I've had in the city. So glad to find authentic food that reminds me of home ?? now if only they could add a dollop of sambal or green chili on the side, it would've really completed the experience. Will be back another time to try more!

The food here was amazing. More people need to know about this restaurant. We tried several dishes and nearly all were spectacular.

Burger: friend got this and it was so flavor and loved the addition of the omelette.

Beef rendang: 10/10. Would get this again.

Shrimp and asparagus samba(?): this was my favorite. A lot of flavor and spice packed into the dish.

Hainanese chicken: honestly I’d pass on this dish. It was ok but I’d go for the other dishes!

Not pictured but were standouts: chicken satay and pork belly appetizers. A must get!

Food is okay. Nothing stands out. Malaysian in a pinch is fine.

Excellent food. Everything was delicious. If you're into dishes with lots of flavor that veer toward sweet and savory, go here. The pork belly, green beans, and kaya toast are especially delicious.

We ordered roti canai, teh tarik, crab rangoon, tomato rice platter, and hainanese roasted chicken. Everything was so delicious and flavourful! Most importantly the dishes smelled and tasted very similar to what I had in Malaysia. The restaurant was clean and servers were very friendly. This will definitely be one of our favourite weekend lunch spots, and we sincerely hope that Kapitan never changes anything.
