Be prepared to wait at least an hour if you want to dine. Otherwise, order your food to go, online. Food is high-quality and tastes good. It will appeal more to non-Filipinos because the flavors are refined/subdued, not your typical Pinoy home-cooked taste with over-the-top flavors.
Delicious breakfast sandwiches. The longaniza was super savory and the ube and black sesame lattes were really yummy! The desserts were incredible and flaky. I wish I’d gotten the name of the girl that assisted me but she was really great. I ordered online (highly recommend) and we sat outside in the patio which was cute. I’ll be coming back for dinner service.
My wife did some research before choosing to come here for my birthday lunch and wow, did it not disappoint! This is the first and only Michelin star Filipino restaurant and we enjoyed everything from the beverages, to the main courses and a spectacular dessert! We came at 1:30 and the wait was not too bad. Ambiance of the restaurant is busy and lively but the people of Chicago are generally very polite and well mannered.
