It's just the best place in Chicago, no questions asked. An absolutely delightful business, I take everyone there when they come to visit. The drinking chocolate flights are fantastic, they have seasonal flavors like peppermint or peanut butter. My personal favorites are hazelnut, salted caramel, and just regular milk. The Mexican is also phenomenal is you can handle a bit of spice! Katherine Anne is also just a gem of a person, she's so sweet and makes sure that you enjoy whatever you buy from her. There's also drinking chocolate mixes that you can buy and take home to make some yourself without needing to leave the house. I highly recommend going out of your way to come here.

We had a famous Instagram hot chocolate flight with three hot chocolates and marshmallows.

We got the hot chocolate flight , we ordered 2 with 6 different flavours ! Each flavour was unique and rich in flavour !

So good! We got the turkey and the ham sandwich, both of which were great (we especially liked the ham). We also got a super dark drinking chocolate which was AMAZING and a latte which was very good—I appreciated that neither was too sweet. They were rich and obviously high quality. Will definitely be back!

After 4.9 star google rwvieq I thought they will have best Hot Cocoa of the Chicago. But I was so much wrong. Hot cocoa was not as expexted.

Quiet spot to get a hot chocolate or even a couple of other sweet treats. The hot chocolate is thick and even a small felt heavy after getting through it halfway for me personally. They usually serve the hot chocolate with a marshmallow, but since I don’t eat gelatin they were able to substitute it for whipped cream instead which was much appreciated.

Always take our guests there to show off the best hot chocolate in the coziest chicago corner. Mexican hot chocolate is our favourite.

Tried the Banana Pudding Latte and it was so delicious. The truffles are great too and they have a ton to choose from. Barista was super friendly as well. Will be back!

I love both of the Katherine Anne cafes, they have their own vibes but they're equally welcoming and cozy. Hiiiighly recommend the drinking chocolates for something rich and comforting, and the caramels for any time. My favorite is their rosemary caramel, yummmm. My husband isn't a huge fan of sweets and he still likes everything we've tried there!
Been fans since the early years with the first location on Armitage, and the quality has never switched up!
