Literally my favorite place to order from at French Market. There's a wait because dverything is made to order so it's def worth the wait.Google doesn't include this on the recommended, but I def recommended the loaded baked potato with shrimp and their cabbage side as well.

I am writing this review because I am very impressed with the service I received from 'Kathryn's Soul' restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was Professional, Courteous and Informative. I spoke to the owner personally and informed her that I am a Senior and needed help with ordering and delivery options. She was very kind and patient. She took time out of her busy schedule and went over everything with me! Thank you Kathryn and Happy Holidays!

I’m pretty sure I ended up eating a glass shard (or something very similar to it) that was in the Mac n cheese, my friend asked me why I was gagging so bad and it’s cause I was terrified I was chewing something hard while eating the Mac n cheese, I ended up pulling a piece of glass out my mouth and was disgusted. I went to the owner and told her about it because I’m concerned about health and well beings and she said she doesn’t have any glass and said nothing more after I showed her what I pulled out her food. She was dismissive and looked at me like I was crazy like I was the one that fed her glass. I was super excited to try this place out, got a little disappointed with the customer service .

Very disorganized. Blamed me for taking the wrong order when they GAVE me the wrong order after I repeated to them what I ordered more than twice. They took the wrong order back which I had used the utensils to check the order and gave it to the right customer without checking the contents. Now one of their customers has a dirty fork.Food was dry and bland. They’re just microwaving the food. All the flavor is just gone.

I really enjoyed my food and the service offered here. I had the shrimp and grits, Mac and cheese and roastedchicken. My friend had the loaded baked potato. We both had fresh lemonade ? everything was delicious. I didn't know this was a market place where it is shared by other vendors but I will said the food I ate Kathryn' Soul made me not want any other food offered there. The owner has true hospitality. She brought our food to our table personally with a smile. Thank you ?
Incredible soul food! Excellent price for the combo. The main is a flavorful, huge, moist, lean meat loaf & gravy. Fried cabbage side with a dash of smoked bacon demonstrating that a good cook can work with a few simple ingredients. Last but not least: the 4-cheese mac side, wow!

Came down after daughter’s Navy graduation. I had the stuffed salmon with Mac and cheese and cabbage. Very tasty. Would have tried some of the cake but I was too full for anything else. I would return.

a $5 rotisserie chicken from any supermarket tastes better than their $20 3pc "**** chicken" wings. extremely dry, multiples long feathers still on the wings, and mac & cheese tasted like plastic.

I ordered j*** Salmon, creamed spinach and macaroni and cheese. Food was pretty good but portions were extremely small for the price that was paid. I spent $60 for two meals including dessert. I wouldn’t go back and staff was not as friendly as they should’ve been.
