Katsu-Shack offers an authentic Katsu and Ebi sando experience. The quality of the ingredients, particularly the meat and Japanese-style bread (shokupan), is highly commendable. The tangy cabbage in the sandwiches is fresh and adds a nice touch. The chicken and pork are very juicy, and the sauces are all really tasty. The katsu pork sando is incredible, with juicy pork and crispy breading, and the sandwich bread isn’t soggy. They give you a large serving of pork, which makes it worth the price. The Katsu Chicken Sando came out so crispy and warm. The interior of the shop is inviting. The staff is friendly and incredibly kind. Many praise the delicious food. The Japanese cubs jerseys on the walls add a unique touch. Katsu-Shack is definitely worth visiting.
