Food is always great here. The staff is typically cool. But I ordered a mobile order an hour ahead of time and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. Def contacting corporate about it. They are usually good during the daytime. Weekdays they are fast. But this weekend crew dropped the ball.

The worst service ever，no one is stepping up to say a word，mobile ordered at 3:00pm and they said will be ready at 3:20，when I get in there nothing were ready，after wait for 10 minute I saw there chicken was ready but no one was packing it. There was an lady on the counter also waiting for service but no one is trying to step up. At the end，I didn’t get my order and I can’t cancel my order and get a refund. The worst experience in my life!!!
I rated at one star because there was only one star（I suggest google to have an negative 5 stars）

I ordered take out and I got an incomplete order, I didn’t receive gravy when I had got 2 large sides or mashed potatoes. I had also called and no one picked up. Floors were sticky, your better off getting McDonald’s than this.

I placed my order thru the drive through but was charged more than usual for my order when I got home and opened the food box it was completely something else from what I ordered I was looking forward to eating what I ordered twice this has happened this is nothing more than carelessness and not paying attention I guess you should check before leaving the drive thru
One of my favorite quick grab some chicken spots. Always good to me, no matter the location I go to.

Had a horrible experience here. Placed an online order at about 8:18. On my email, it said it would be ready by 8:38. I got there at about 8:40 and nothing was ready. The chicken was barely being dropped in when I got there. The DT attendant tells me it'll be another 15 minutes and offered a soda. I went to grab the soda and the floor was extremely slippery. There were a bunch of gnats flying by the dispenser. 15 minutes passed and I went up to the counter and nobody was at the counter. Another couple of minutes pass and one of the cooks comes up and says he's going to check the time and says it's gonna be another 3 minutes. The lobby was empty. There was 1 in the DT. We finally got our order at 9:12. I get home and the mashed potatoes have no gravy. The top of the macaroni was fine, but under was burnt and inedible. If I have to wait for food, you would think the order would be perfect.

Haven't had kfc in years, and this was a reminder why. One, they messed up my order and then had the nerve to tell me I ordered wrong after I repeated myself 3x in the drive thru. I drove off, realized a few minutes later they gave me bone in chicken instead of boneless. I told them I ordered strips, and they took the box back, dumped the chicken. I touched right back with all the fresh chicken I honestly should've just canceled my order after witnessing that. However, I was starving. My strips had no flavor and was overcooked.

They supposedly close at 10 pm I arrived at 9:20 and the doors were closed, they no longer had service, and very rude!!! Not a bad place, not recommended!!!
