I was hungry and i choose KFC from other restaurants bad choice i pick a family pack i stop by the drive thru and i ask for plates he told other worker for the plates and they got mad 😠 😡 and replied with bad words and i got to my location with no plates or napkins. very bad service..they need to be retrain in customer service

Definitely don’t recommend coming to this foul place. Managers and staff are extremely rude and lazy when it comes to doing the bare minimum and actually caring to give out decent quality food and responding to complaints. Had to wait around 5 minutes in the drive through just to be greeted with “what do you want” and an obnoxious “HUH?!” I understand I arrived at 9pm and they close @10:30pm but why was it necessary to say “we don’t have food” like it’s actually quite funny but really just a sad joke that these people are standing around doing nothing bent over in the counters on their phones and showing their behinds out the window.

This place is just unbelievable. Where do l start . Dive up to drive three waited about 2mins before l said hello still didn’t get no greeting or anything. I ordered wings and wedges no drink . Could’ve asked me if l wanted an any sauce, which didnt. So l asked for ranch just so the cashier to say we don’t have any . Asked for the a refund they were so rude looking bother . Just so a so called manager just to come to the window and say you want your money back . Didn’t ask what the problem was or don’t think she cared gives me the money and shut window. Didn’t ask me anything !! Worse customer service ever . Please don’t waste your money here . I’m glad l didn’t get the food might of got sick !!

I give it a 4 because on my granddaughters' grad was at night and when we came out we were all hungry for a fast quick dinner we stopped at KFC at 10:30 they were honest and told me they had ran out of chicken but if we were willing to wait they would make us some they took a little longer then expected but they compensated us with a extra and our stomachs were happy and we were a happy clients.
My mother went in hoping to buy some food, she doesn’t speak English very well. She says the guy at the counter was trying to communicate using translate on his phone. Which I appreciate and thank him. Unfortunately some lady went up to her with an attitude and mentioned something about speaking English. Although I don’t know the full story, I don’t appreciate the fact that there are people who won’t put in a little extra effort to help an elderly woman. The place was not busy at all, it was empty. How sad is that.

Chicken has no flavor here, mashed potatoes is water down with no flavor, this is probably the worst KFC in AMERICA.. My mistake going to this KFC.. Bad serves, Bad experience, and Bad food all around. Dirty and sticky floors, tables are the same.. Don't waste your money here.. Go to the KFC on 59 and Western

The manager, Ms. Moore is super nice. I ordered a bunch of food for my family Easter party. I changed it three times, and she fixed my order each time with no problem. I came to pick up my order and everything I ordered was perfect and on time. I will definitely go back to order food here for parties.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a small coleslaw. The male employee fake rang me up and charged me 10 even. No receipt provided to me, check your employees they are stealing the money. This is on 3/16 at 542 pm. Thru the drive thru .
