This is a complete garbage location. Scammers Isobelle and Virginia were behind the counter too busy to take an order and listen to the customer then they tried to over change me. WATCH out they lie and steal. I demanded a refund and they even refused to give me my receipt back. DO NOT trust these people.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Manager Miguel or whatever his name is needs to literally be fired! As someone who has been a manager for retail for over 15 years, I could literally say that this was one of my worst experiences ever! Employees also looked like they are about to cry with how he was treating them! SMH that this person is allowed to run and manage a store!

Number six with Cheese is a local Chicago food review channel on YouTube and these 2 guys, Sean Ely and Corey Wagner are right, this location has always been doomed from day one....definitely go to a different KFC location This crew is a bunch of bumbling kids giving terribly old and cold food Oh, and if they mess up your order, they will refuse a remake and laugh at a refund.....no eating utensils or napkins.....what a bunch of scatter brain kids....if you read this review and still purchase from this location, Don't say I didn't warn you. 😡😡😤😤🤬🤬
