WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Manager Miguel or whatever his name is needs to literally be fired! As someone who has been a manager for retail for over 15 years, I could literally say that this was one of my worst experiences ever! Employees also looked like they are about to cry with how he was treating them! SMH that this person is allowed to run and manage a store!

Number six with Cheese is a local Chicago food review channel on YouTube and these 2 guys, Sean Ely and Corey Wagner are right, this location has always been doomed from day one....definitely go to a different KFC location This crew is a bunch of bumbling kids giving terribly old and cold food Oh, and if they mess up your order, they will refuse a remake and laugh at a refund.....no eating utensils or napkins.....what a bunch of scatter brain kids....if you read this review and still purchase from this location, Don't say I didn't warn you. 😡😡😤😤🤬🤬

Just watched NumberSixWithCheese's review. Absolutely terrible food and service. BUYER BEWARE! They will refuse to remake any poorly made food. Also they WILL NOT give you a FULL refund even if you barely took one bite of the food.
