The vibes here are perfect - elevated and classy cocktail bar meets dive bar meets library coffee shop. Probably could sit in this building all day. Really cute place in the middle of what used to be a hotel lobby. Great drinks, friendly bartenders. Only complaint is the music seems to be the bartender's choice and doesn't offer much variety and isn't my cup of tea, but that's not a big deal.

Original cocktails in an original setting. Very good service, very good drinks that you won't find everywhere (their own touch on the classics too), good ingredients and bottles behind the bar. Pick your atmosphere: you can sit a the counter where it's more like a speakeasy, or at a table in the bustling bar, or in the lobby area of the apartment building where it's more like a quieter lounge. My favorite bar in uptown.
