I ordered chicken nuggets and biscuit in the App at 3:30 pm and app asked when will I pick it up so I marjed 5:00 pm i picke it up at 5:05 pm and Chicken nuggers were room temperature cold totally inedible. When I complained to Manager Racquel she said we make the order when it arrives and then it just sit there so why was it not under a heat lamp it was sitting on the counter. She was very rude and hung up the phone.
the server is very rude and has attitude problem. when i asked her which one the lemonade was she kept screaming at me at the right at the right and when i filled the wrong drink she screamed at me again and made me throw it and kept shouting to the right to the right. the lemonade was at the left in a completely different container.
