Absolute joke. I come here all the time and spend money. Got lunch today. I work nearby and on my way home I needed to use restroom, so I stopped and asked if I could please use. I was told I have to buy something AGAIN. Even though I had spent money there earlier at lunch and spend money here all the time. Can’t stand places that condone this, then expect you to come back and spend your money!?!? I will be spending my money anywhere but here from now on.

Oh my goodness! Absolutely the worse chicken I've ever had. I had a strong taste for KFC ? So I caught the bus from Hollywood/Sheridan down to Lawrence to the KFC at 4804 N Sheridan.I brought a 4pc meal wasted $13.28 on garbage that never should've been sold. It tasted like it was two days old, dried it was so greasy like it was re-dipped in the oil, if only I had of read the reviews like I usually do, before I patronize a business for the first time. I would've known and been spared the trip there and back in this cold messy weather today. It's a shame that the customer service is so bad, as to sell such trash to customers. Even the biscuit was dry. I'll never patronize that KFC ? ever again. I just saved them the chore of throwing that stale food away, which they should've done before me having to pay for it. You should be ashamed of yourself and pay for everyone's lost of money from buying from you ?I'm so angry about it, because I had taken my wet coat off, and extra clothes, got comfortable and ready to eat what I had craved for, just to be disappointed ?

HORRIBLE OLD STALE DRY CHICKEN AND BISCUITS. Order through uber eats and uber eats only refunded me $5.00 and I paid $25.90 So I went into the restaurant and Virginia gave me a hard time stating I should have went through uber for a refund and spoke nasty to me. I told her I tried and was only given $5 bucks back I even tried to show her on my phone but she refused to listen or look. Than she said We're not able to give you your money back. And I said I didnt want my money back I wanted my meal replaced with better quality of food. And since she was being so nasty and rude I went on to say since your being rude I must record this and she said since your recording I won't help you and walked off and decided not to help me any further. And as I'm talking on the phone filing a complaint Elizabeth told me I shouldnt even still be in the store. Im like wow why cant I be in the store? They didn't care to look at the food or anything. I feel its because Im a black women I was treated this way by hispanic women. I even have video footage of them allowing a Arabic older women back there with them, ignoring me and packing her bags of food up and allowing her to touch breathe over and select the food she wants. She didnt pay and walked out. I will never go back to this KFC again. Horrible horrible service.

What I know for certain is that Virginia treats African-Americans, totally different and she treats Spanish people. Way better She gives food away to the Spanish people that are homeless and struggling out here but if a African-American person walks in with less than 5 pennies short of a meal , she will not let him go period she is rude. They seem prejudice to me. I have a video of her locking the door because she only wants to serve who she wants to serve. . ? Why are all the employees there the same race all they do is sit down talking passing out free food to there families and friends watch the cameras and Monitor the parking lot . Why can’t we have a diverse? Mix of races working there since it’s in uptown.

The guy with the vitiligo behind the counter was not very nice. Very dismissive and low key kinda rude. I’m very bubbly and usually I don’t let attitudes like that affect me but his was VERY off putting and rude. I work across the street and will order from other kfcs in the area to avoid that kind of interaction again. Also the food was cold and not cooked throughly through.
