Honestly no complaints on my end. Everytime I go, it's clean and they have my order ready. I've had probably 2 situations where my order was a bit wonky but every other time has been great

06-06-25 Today, a light skin young man (receipt says his name is michelle ) took my order and after I’m done ordering my food who spoke quick about a donation and I said yea a dollar is fine and then he said donation is cash only and it goes to him so he can buy a ps5 I said I didn’t have cash and I paid for my food and we dropped the conversation after a few minutes I hear my order and go up to get my food and he tells me to make sure I cash app him. I do not like to be hassled while getting my food.
So ordered some potpies for me and my mom . Get home I start eating and I usually start eating the crust and picking off the potatoes and carrots but half way in I started realized that's all I had plus peas. There was no chicken in my pot pie I found one piece about as small as the pea. Tried calling to complain no one answered. Online app has no way of complaining so here I am maybe they will get back to me with a 1 star. I like to eat vegan once in a while but not like this.
So update my mother's also had no meat but we went back and they resolved it so I'm changing my one star

Do NOT order from any of the KFC restaurants. They got our order wrong. Sauces were missing, the order, everything. If you want KFC, go to the restaurant instead. So disappointing. How hard is it to check a order for accuracy
