I FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WHEN I BIT INTO IT. CAN SOMEONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS LACK OF FOOD QUALITY AND POSSIBLY GET EDUCATED ON HOW DANGEROUS THIS IS? IF I ACCIDENTALLY SWALLOWED THIS I COULD OF POTENTIALLY CHOKED. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE LACK OF FOOD QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN HILL THIS

The food was great here everything came out so perfect for me and the family we sat ate in and then we stayed alittle bit to relax and then went on are way the host was awesome and the workers are fast great services attitude and great positive vibes here I would be back again ! This is an amazing KOF TEAM/FAMILY keep doing an amazing job and bless those hands !

Went on the drive thru, they forgot one of my orders a 4 piece, went back for it, they gave me an extra 2 piece, fine I'm OK, they try and make it up. Once I back home to eat my sandwich there no fillet, they are making the sandwich with three strips instead of the fillet. If you don't have the fillet for the sandwich tell the customer that it will take longer not just assume they are ok with a change in the recepy. I love KFC, but you have to do better.

The Hispanic male manager there buckles when there’s a lot of customers and rudely talks to customers instead of the 50 workers he has to get the job done. He is rude and needs to learn to read English because KFC robbed me of 54$ and he said it wasn’t his responsibility and I couldn’t get no manager, no info never tho I had a recipe T in his face. Only to find out. He was not even looking at my order on his end. So he went off on me for nothing and still refused to give me my order. Worst experience I ever had and I live out west. I would never treat people that way over chicken. The way he acted was wild and the employee in the back touch and eat the food while prepping.

Went to pick up my online order . Got home chicken was not cooked all the way . Spoke to the manager before arrival and he assured me he will handle it and replace the whole meal. I get there and he’s trying to argue very unprofessional when we had already discussed things on the phone and I even had my receipt and the uncooked chicken he tried to lie to my face that’s how it is when I know it’s not because I always get kfc! I did not get one apology just went there and the manager tried to argue very unprofessional then I told them I wanted a bowl instead of the chicken and the cashier handed it to me so rude and looking at me mean! I drove there thinking everything was going to be fine just to get there and get treated like that! The manager is very unprofessional and his employees are following his foot steps when it had nothing to do with them ! Imagine getting uncooked chicken driving back and forth to get treated like dump upon arrival. I was so angry made me want to cry because nobody deserves that .I worked in food for over 10 years what’s so hard about apologizing and making it right if the customer is driving back and forth because of the restaurants mistake! Never going there ever again . It’s the closest one to my house 15 mins away and I have a popeyes 3 mins away kfc won’t get a dollar from me any more .

I ordered 8pc meal, ask for a fresh batch of chicken. Waited about 15minutes, a few cars ahead of me, so I assumed chicken was going to be on point. Got home to find that they did not give me 2 breast instead gave me 4 thighs, the 2 wings were old and dry. $30+ . I was not happy at all. I should have went to jewels. Tried calling and keep getting busy signal. Called 1 (800)#, made a complaint and she wanted to offer me a $5 voucher. I can't get 2 breast and 2 wings for $5 lady, thanks but no thanks. Lesson learned!
Ordered the 3 piece tender come back special, the tenders were salty and the come back sauce was tasted just like canes dipping sauce.

My chicken tenders came cold and hard (could not eat them). My Mac and cheese was soupy. And the biscuit was the worst I have ever had in my life.
