Just meh food. Not bad but not memorable. Server was nice, drinks were good. Just not enough food bang for the buck.
Pros: good service / great king crab / nice vibe Cons: oyster had pieces of shell / pricey
Delicious, hot and all you can eat crab was on the menu. We eat crab and salmon. Very good meal and affordable
Great dining experience, food and service. If you're driving and want to park on the street, I strongly recommend that you arrive around 30-45 minutes early. It's difficult to find a parking spot. We ended up valeting at $17.
Peel and eat shrimp were fresh and delicious. The sauce with extra horseradish was fantastic. Fried shrimp were butterflied and lightly battered and were very good. We ordered the 20 ounces of Alaskan king crab with garlic butter and regular butter. The garlic butter to me was too garlicky but that is a me thing. Overall great spot for some really good seafood, I wished I like oysters because they have a great set up for those.
Once again hats off to the staff at King Crab. We were welcomed and quickly seated. Elvira P was an excellent and personal server who remembered us from our previous visit. Everything was delicious especially the Chocolate mousse cake. Can't wait until we are back in the area again for another meal at King Crab
I went for my birthday and the food/drinks were delicious. The waitress even put a candle in the green tea shot and sang happy birthday to me. This restaurant is great and I'll definitely be back
Everything was fresh and delicious! We had such a lovely evening. Thanks to everyone down there at the King Crab House!
Came here for my birthday with my family (who can be tough critics) and everything was outstanding! Jon was the best server, so attentive and helpful and the food was so amazing. Everyone is already ready to come back! Had the best birthday, thank you.
I really enjoyed my experience. I was there for Chicago restaurant week and got mussels (appetizer), 1lb of Alaskan crab legs (entree), and a key lime pie (dessert) for $45. Drinks are about $10-13, decently strong. Servers are really nice, you can tell that there are people who work here out of passion for the place. There's a lot of good history to the place and it feels like somewhere that can stand the test of time.

Overall good but for as expensive king crab is and it's in their name, it's shouldn't come out with the shells soft and mushy.
Really good food I enjoyed the Norwegian salmon. The wait staff was impeccable and the atmosphere was very exciting and friendly. Great little bar up front

Thank you for allowing me to have such a big party!! The food was delicious everything I ordered was good I have nothing bad to say about the food. One of the waitresses was a little agitated It looked like she wasn't used to a party of 15 or more. One of the workers told us that we were able to go outside and smoke and where we could actually go. And once we started going out there they blocked it off. I was not happy with that at all.
The pita bread chips and the cheesecake is to die for. Make sure you get that. Again the food was delicious!!!!! Looking forward to coming back.

The crab, calamari, and oysters were all fresh and delicious. The filet mignon was not the best but it is a crab house and not a steak house. If you want good sea food I would recommend. The steak was above average. Would come back for seafood only.
